🌻Five Years Later🌻

Years blew by as people changed and they moved on from their past. Renjun was married to Jeno finally, he had a cute son called Shotaro, whom he named after this cute dancer in NCT. They were expecting a baby again, life seemed to be going on even though some had theirs halted. Spring had always been a beautiful season, where flowers and love bloomed liked wise. Mark had left Seoul the very night Haechan died in his arms, he held onto those small soft pudgy arm, begging him to stay alive yet it only fell lifeless.

"M-Markk......." The brunette had gasped for breath.......

He was rushed to the emergency department, his neck severely affected, it bled in thick ropes of metallic liquid, it was as if he were not human but animal.

"Don't leave me........Please don't." Mark whispered with arms clasped together, before God.

As the beeping monitor ticked alongside the clock, the poor depressed boy pleaded to God to let him stay. He sat beside his bed all along, praying that one day his Haechan would wake up.

It wasn't even a a month when Mark found himself standing before the grave of the boy he loved so much. He staggered, he gasped he collapsed, though his parents were back together his heart lay lifeless in cold embrace. He was gone leaving him alone in the world that no longer had any meaning to it.

Mark stood at Incheon international airport, after five long years his family decided to return to Korea, the place of the most heartbreaking memories. Doyoung insisted on leaving to abandon his mother, so they returned after she died. Thankfully. He looked at his parents, Taeyong was wiggling in Doyoung's arms because his father was so in love him now that they barely kept away from eachother, then his little brother, Sungchan trotted with long legs here and there.

"Would you like to visit Haechans grave before we head home son?" Doyoung patted the boys cheeks as a faint nod was given.

Mark changed alot, his scars were gone, he was healing but a very important part of him had gone unawakened. He no longer was depressed or wanted to die, instead he wanted to live for him. He missed being loved by Donghyuck, though he looked like a hopeless bottom, he could also be a hot top. Sometimes he even recalled those sweet yet intense hot moments, sex with Hyuck made him forget his miseries for a while. It was gold and he loved the brunette so much but never got the chance to express them. Not only the sex, he cherished every giggle, every word the younger had told him. He loved the boy to pieces.

"I'll be home before dark." Mark waved at his family as the car drove past with Sungchan screaming his head off.

A flower shop caught his attention, it was small but beautiful. From a distance he saw the person within, a bright smile dancing on their face. He proceeded towards the shop that said WithAllStars. [She's my favourite artist❤️]. A girl admired the person behind the counter, his movements reserved, he felt each flower as if he knew the curve of it all. With a smile he chose the best ones as he wrapped them in a messy bouquet.

"It's so messy I can't help falling in love with the imperfections of it." The girl giggled as she bounced with joy.

"Here you you." The voice giggled. The girl paid and bounced off with her carnations.

The ringing if the bell caught the gorgeous boys attention, he stiffened at the presence. It were as if his heart knew the person. He smiled though, his brightest, he gave it his all. Mark walked closer, his eyes lingering on the said boy.

"I would love a bouquet of sunflowers please." Mark smiled, the boy nodded manuveouring through the shop, his stubby arms feeling each flower.

"Who are they for. If I may ask you." The owner smiled a tiny smile, his arm gathering those pretty flowers.

"For my lover. I would prefer wild ones. If you have them." Said Mark, his eyes never leaving the boys frame.

Those stubby fingers were careful, thoughtful and patient, he knew exactly which colour would look nice and which wouldn't. He was messy yet a pleasing kind of messy. Like fairytale hairstyles and drawing. The boy then extended his arm to give the bouquet to the customer.

"He would love them. Wouldn't he?" Mark admired the large eyed flowers that made him remember the gorgeous golden male.

"Everyone loves sunflowers. I guess." The cute boy fiddled with his stubby fingers, he shyly looked away, his lips trembling.

"But do you think he would love them?" Mark whispered as the boy blushed a dark red.

"I love them Mark. I thought you'd never come for me." Donghyuck sniffled, the older smiled a warm smile. His free arm caressed the Rosey chubby cheek, he connected their foreheads.

"I would find you even if you were invisible. I missed you baby." Said the older as he connected their lips.

Five years changed nothing in their hearts, instead it only rooted deeper. The kiss meant so much that Donghyuck sobbed and Mark hugged him tight. They kissed and kissed, until their hearts were content. Once they pulled away, he wiped the tears that fell like rain.

"I love you so much baby." Mark chuckled softly, giving the bouquet to the boys arms.

"Sunflowers have a deep love meaning, a person who has loved with sincerity and purity never forgets, on the contrary, truly loves until the end. I love you too Mark........I always have even though I can't see you. It left me blind." Donghyuck smiled, hugging the bouquet as he came out from behind the counter.

Mark hugged Donghyuck tightly as he could, their hearts beating as one. Once they pulled away, the older kissed the boys golden brown eyes with a smile. His eyes tearing.
