No, this is just a coincidence. 

Opening my eyes, I knew that something was indeed wrong. The left is the only sight that I had, and I can't feel my right hand that much. Is this what they called, "The End?"

I can hear wood being knocked-no being hammered on. So there is indeed someone with me in here. Trying to look with the left alone, I realized that I'm still in the forest. But who is that someone? And why do I feel that I-I'm naked? I mean, I don't have anything at the top, probably due to that explosion. 

Trying to sit up, I heard someone called me. 

"LEVI!!"

Gasping for air, my eyes was met by a ceiling. What? I thought I was in the forest? Trying to sit up once again, I realized that a) I'm in my bedroom and b)My vision is fine. 

"I called you because you're moving too much which somehow contradicts the idea of good sleep. And you're sweating too much." 

I looked up to the one who's speaking next to me. It's Hange. 

"H-Hey, are you really okay? You seemed to be spacing out right now." She said as she moved towards me. Placing her hand at my forehead, she looked straightly towards my eyes. 

Those brown orbs. I wondered how she looked like without glasses-

"You don't seem to have fever after all. And you're eyes are okay as well." She said as she retreated to my side. 

"Hange, the soup is ready--Levi are you okay? I heard screaming awhile ago, I thought you're telling me to finish cooking the soup." Now this is Erwin. 

"Erwin, I'm not Gordon Ramsay to scold or scream at you just for the sake of soup. But anyway, I'll check it. Look after him please." With that, she went towards the kitchen, leaving me and Erwin alone. 

"Levi, be honest to me. Have you encountered a strange dream awhile ago?" Erwin asked as he leaned through my bedroom door. 

This what I find unique with my best friend. You can't lie to him at all. Probably since he was being trained by his parents to be like that (since he's also an only child) but I doubt that. He really suits to be a lawyer. Strategic yet wise. 

"What if I say, yes?" 

Erwin widen his gaze at me as if I was about to spoil him a plot of a certain movie. 

"Do you remember everything around it? Is it clear enough?" 

He's my friend but I don't think I can say much about it. In case he might ended up freaking out. 

"Slight." I said as I acted as if I'm confused. Thank you theater club in high school for teaching me how to act naturally. 

"I see. But have you experienced certain situations when you daydream, you tend to have scenes that looked like memories?"

Damn. This is why I don't like to lie with this guy. He always knew something's up. 

"Sometimes, but I think it is mostly about my childhood. You know, Mom making me homeschooled and such." I replied. I know he's currently going deeper in unveiling the truth, but I can't lose a friend. Especially if that friend has been my friend since then. 

"Okay, if that's what you said. But if there are strange moments whether it is daydreaming or dreams. " He said as he opened the bedroom door, "If you're doubting to say it, don't worry, I've went through it." 

I was left alone.

"Levi! Finally you're here. Go try the soup. I'm not a good cook, but the recipe was from my mother. Try it." Hange said as she motioned for me to sit in one of the chairs near the nook. "Also you Erwin, c'mon there's no poison in it. Just try it out as well."

I sat up as I looked at the soup in front of me. It looked like a normal soup for me, but with what she said, it is an important memory for her. Since I haven't eaten breakfast at all, I decided to give it a try. 

"Say Levi, what do you think of the taste? Too salty or too bland?"

"It tasted nice. I can taste the mushroom very well. I'm not being sarcastic but it's a compliment that you used real mushrooms for this one." 

Glancing at her, I realized that she was looking at me further. Suddenly she ended up crying out of nowhere.

"Oi, I didn't mean to say like-"

"Thank you so much. I can't believed that I've mastered my mother's recipe." She replied, with matching, "Thank God" can be heard.

"That's another skill of Levi, and I think you'll like it." 

What the heck is he saying?

 "And I forgot, what medicines do you take right now? Painkillers?" She stood up as she reached out for her bag. 

Like I said, she reminds me of someone. But with the current scenario, I think it's really my mother. 

"I don't have headaches out of a sudden." 

Silence. And this is why I don't want to say something about it. 

"Really? Hmm. I get it now, it's the soup!" She replied with a smile. Erwin looked at her and smiled as well. Awkward it may sound, but I ended up doing the same thing. 

"Wait, I'll go the bathroom. Levi, where's your bathroom?"

"Just turn left over there, you'll see it."

"Okay, I see. Enjoy talking with each other while I go to the bathroom." 

With that, only me and Hange were left in the kitchen. There is this awkward silence within the both of us, when suddenly she decided to speak. 

"Tell me something about your childhood then."

Erwin's P.O.V.

Upon reaching the bathroom, I made sure that none of them followed me. Dialing a certain number through my phone, the person finally spoke. 

"Smith, what's the matter." 

"Sir Pixis, I need to tell you something. Levi had experienced a dream awhile ago."

"I knew it. The moment he mentioned that he had headaches, I knew immediately that it would go to that point. But does he still have one?"

"Based on what he said Sir, it seems that it was gone for awhile."

"For awhile, I see. Maybe there is a certain thing or scenario that made it stop?" 

I looked at the walls of the bathroom. Levi's bathroom is clean, no doubt. Suddenly, I realized something. 

"Hange Zoe."

"What did you say? Hange Zoe? You met-"

"Yes Sir. She's one of our client's here in the law firm." 

"Then what about her?"

"She might be the reason why Levi starts to recall everything, Sir. Though she seems to be clueless as well, but I think it has to do with her. She's with us right now, and Levi seems to be fine."
