Third Person P.O.V.

Sina's very own Department of Science and Technology has been truly one of the most notable government agencies not just simply by the state alone but also throughout the world.

Known for a place where researchers, scientists and other fields related to science were being developed, the government agency had anchored different awards and recognition through the years. With the addition of Hange Zoe, the Department of Science and Technology continues to move forward and aim better progress in the field of science and technology for the people of Sina and the world. Everyone in the whole government agency were united and peacefully developing innovations and discoveries for the public.

But behind those prestige and good relationships with one another, comes secrets behind their pasts that may or may not affect their current relationships with one another.

"Hey guess what, we'll be having two new researchers in our department."

"Wow, Keiji! You knew too much!"

"Of course! At least we have an idea that we would be having new co-workers."

The research department have been busy nonstop for almost a month already. But adding new people to the team? In the middle of the busy period of the department?

"Tea number#1. The first newbie is also a smart-ass like Hange over here."

"Ooh, finally some tension." One of the employees replied.

"In addition to that, he's a child prodigy. Who knows we might have seen him before on T.V." Keiji added.

Everyone ended up giving amazed reactions. This means everyone's curious who's who.

"Tea number#2. The other newbie is a former model."

Everyone remained silent.

"Ugh, you guys didn't made me finish. Despite being a model, she's actually a mechanical engineer."

A collection of "oohs" can be heard throughout everyone else in the department.

Meanwhile, a short brown haired lady is currently thinking about regarding the newbies. Her glasses have become a part of her entire life, but with the ongoing paper works, she decided to ditch it for awhile. This means she is truly stressed of the never-ending papers, but decided not to tell everyone. So that's why she just simply removed it, as if it look like she's about to call it a day.

A child prodigy. Then a tension? Are they even serious? She thought as she continued to listen to her colleagues discussion about the new people in their department.

Suddenly, one of their co-workers rushed towards the place where Keiji is situated and ended up screaming,

"TWO PERSONS WERE COMING OVER HERE, ONE OF THEM LOOKS SCARY"

"Can you simply just calm down? By the way, if they were the newbies, we need to welcome them and consider them as our family too." This is Moblit, one of the most responsible ones in the entire research department.

"Hey someone's knocking-"

"You go open it-"

"No you-"

"He said the other one is scar-"

"Will you guys stop doing that? Just open the goddamn door." And this is Hange, the well-known person in the department. Has won so many recognitions in abroad.

Not wanting to see her upset (and frustrated due to work), a co-worker decided to open the door.

Two blondies were seen before them. One is a woman who is taller than the usual average height of women, while the other one is a man who simply just wore glasses.

Hange glanced at the two, and kept on focusing to the guy. Realization came to her when she realized who it was.

"Zeke? Zeke Yeager?"

"Umm, yes. I am Zeke Yeager, a new member of your department. Hope to have a good relationship with all of you." The man or should we say Zeke said while looking at everyone else.

"Omg I knew it! Don't you remember me?"

Now everyone started to whisper with each other. They didn't expect Hange Zoe to know one of the newbies.

"Oh! Hange. I remember now. The one in the conference in Geneva. I didn't expect we're going to be colleagues in here." Zeke replied as he shooked her hand.

"Wait, Zeke Yeager? So you're the child prodigy?" One of the employees asked.

"Yeah. That's me. One of the child prodigies who starred in a milk commercial." Zeke replied as he re-enacted his scene in the advertisement.

Everyone laughed. The woman that was with him awhile ago started to introduce herself.

"My name's Yelena," she picked up an Erlenmeyer flask "and I hope that we'll be good friends" then she made a bow gesture.

The short auburn haired lady moved towards Moblit, whispered "I don't feel good with these newbies. What about you?"

"I feel the same way with you. But let's see."

The blonde lady who truly had a model figure (starting from her height and structure), decided to talk more about herself.

"I know you find me scary due to my gaze. But I'll try my best to smile often instead." She added, as she glanced at her co-workers faces.

Suddenly, she saw a familiar face and decided to call the person out.

"Hange-san, it is nice meeting you once again. Can't wait to try out your cooked soup—or should I say, stew?"
