Katie's P.O.V

I sat up in the bed, stretching my arms above my head. I looked around the room.
Vince was gone, but there were signs that he was here, such as his pillows being dented, his hoodie missing, and his clothes gone from the chair.
He leant me a shirt for the night, which was neat of him, as I would of happily just slept in the shirt I was wearing yesterday, which was one of Kirk's. A black Guns N' Roses shirt, with them all on it, as skeletons, playing on stage.

I yawned and kicked the purple and black duvet off me, standing up on the bed, walking to the foot and jumping off it, grabbing my jeans.
I put them on, fixed my hair, by tying it back, and grabbing a Janie's Gun jacket, that hung on the back of Vinnie's door.
I shrugged it on, zipping it up, hiding that I wasn't wearing a bra, and headed out the room.

I looked around, seeing a door labelled 'bathroom', and walked over to it.
It was closed, so I listened, not hearing anything.
I knocked.

"I'll be out in a minute!" I heard Vinnie.
"No rush, man!" I shrugged, leaning against the wall.
"Monroe!" He opened the door, hands in his hair, making it look puffy. "How did ya sleep?" He asked.
"Great, thanks! I didn't kick you in my sleep did I? Apparently, I tend to kick out." I looked at him.
"If you did, you didn't hit me." He shrugged, looking in the mirror.
"Good, good. What about you?" I asked him.
"Back in my own bed? It was a dream!" He smiled, washing his hands, before letting me have the bathroom. "I'll meet you downstairs?" He asked.
"Great!" I smiled at him. "Oh, grab my hat from under the chair. I forgot to grab it, last night!"
"On it!" Vinnie smiled, as I shut the bathroom door.

. . .

"...and they were all there like, 'Vince Morgan', and the whole room just screamed, there were pyros going off! It was amazing!" I caught the end of the story.
"Wow, you must of been terrified!" I heard Eleanor.
"Yeah, but the guys all had my back!" Vinnie was beaming. I could hear it.
I smiled, and walked into the kitchen. "Hey, you know what would be awesome? We actually have copies of all our old flyers, from the gigs before we got signed. Would you like some copies?" I asked Vinnie.
"Oh, my God... Dude, those things are on eBay for like hundreds of dollars! Are you serious?!" He asked me.
"Yeah, man!" I smiled at him.
"Thank you!" His eyes went really big, as he looked at me.
"Awe." I pinched his cheeks again, making Eleanor laugh.

"They're coming!" Aiden, Tyler, and Rikki, rushed into the kitchen, followed by Sofia.
"Good, you're both up!" Aiden smiled at me and Vinnie.
Vince gave me my hat, Tyler grabbed a trey of food, and Sofia and Eleanor both grabbed small presents from off the kitchen counter.
"Want me to leave? It's their anniversary..." I offered.
"Too late!" Tyler spoke up, as Julia and Warren walked through the kitchen doorway.
"Happy Anniversary!" The six all stood together smiling.
"Yay!" I smiled, awkwardly, holding my hands up in a cheer.

"Thank you!" Julia smiled, hand over her heart, smiling at her family.
"We made breakfast, and we got presents." Tyler placed the trey on the small round table, in the kitchen.
"Presents are from all of us!" Rikki added input, standing next to Tyler.
I take it Rikki gets ignored a lot, or at least not taken that seriously, being the kid brother. He's like fifteen, I think...

. . .

Being stuck at Vince's house wasn't actually all bad. His family are really nice, and I've really gotten to know him better.
He was destined to work on the docks, with his dad and brothers, until our opening came along.
Guess you could say we broke the cycle!

I was sat on the front steps, cradling a coffee, as Vince was helping Aiden with his car.
Aiden was going to go out to pick up a cake they ordered for their parents anniversary, but Aiden noticed he had a flat, before he could go anywhere.
Sofia took her car instead, leaving the guys to sort it.

"You almost had it then!" I joked, as they both look clueless.
"We can't tell dad about this." Vinnie laughed, looking at his brother.
"OK... I'm gonna try YouTube." Aiden dropped the screw-y-thing, sitting on the drive, turning his back against the car and pulling his phone out.
I laughed, as another car pulled up on the drive.

"Vinnie!" I got his attention, nodding to the car.
It was a white SUV. Kinda nice.
He looked over, as the driver climbed out.
"Vince... What are you doing here?!" Marie- Maria? -Marie... The girlfriend beamed at him.
She ran up to him, hugging his neck, but Vinnie looked a bit stunned.

"Uh, hey... What are you doing here?" He asked her in return.
"I bought a present for your parents. I thought you were out on tour..." She smiled, getting clingy with him.
Vinnie took her arms from around his neck and took a step back. "Uh, we were. Tour finished, so now I'm here for a while, before we're in the studio." He told her.
"You could of called! How long have you been home?" The girlfriend couldn't take a hint, as she grabbed his arm, pulling him towards her car.

I looked at Aiden, and he looked at me.
"They over?" He mouthed.
"Complicated." I nodded to him.
He nodded back and went back to YT.

"Jeez, chill. You don't need to know my every move." Vinnie joked it off.
She faltered, before giving him a light laugh, grabbing a present out of the car.
"My folks are inside, go on in." Vinnie told her, before heading back over to Aiden.
"Are you OK?" Girlfriend asked him.
"I'm fine. Are you?" Vinnie looked back at her.
"Nothing's the matter with me, baby. What's the matter with you?" I quoted the movie Grease, having it go unheard.
"You're acting funny... Has something happened?" She locked the car and walked up to Vince.
"'Ey, Vinnie! You need help with the car?" I offered, getting him out of it.
"Cheers, Monroe, but we got it!" Vinnie smiled at me, a look in his eye screaming 'Thank You'.
I nodded, stretching out on the steps.
"What's she doing here?" Girlfriend looked at me.
