Vince's P.O.V

We all watched as Stevie and Monroe crashed Aerosmith's show. I can't believe how lucky I am to of made friends with my favourite band, never mind the fact I sing for them now.
I had only been back in my hotel room for five minutes, when a knock came on my door.
Opened it, seeing Naomi was there. Damn you, Gov, for having a beautiful niece!

"Naomi... Hi." I smiled at her, surprised to see her.
"Hey, Monroe said we were all meeting here, tonight. Like an afterparty thing...?" She smiled, unsurely.
"That's the first I've heard of it." I smiled, confirmation coming in, that Monroe caught me staring at Naomi earlier.
"Oh... She was just messing with me..." Naomi got it wrong.
"No, no! Monroe's like that... You see I uh... Well, I'd like to get to know you better, and she knew that I probably wouldn't approach, so she's set this up..." I explained.
"Oh, right." Naomi's smiled came back.
"Come on in." I stepped to the side for her.
"Thank you." She came inside.

Eddie's P.O.V

"... and now that I'm a rock star!" I smiled, pouring a glass of champagne for Maria. "You, will have only the best."
"Thank you!" She smiled, taking the glass, sat on the end of our hotel bed. "I've been meaning to ask you for some time now... When it happened, I didn't think anything of it, but I do want to know..." She started, looking like a model, one leg crossed over the other.
"Maria?" I looked at her, having just poured a glass for myself, leaning back on the small table, standing opposite her.
"You were asked in your press conference, whether it was true or not, that we were getting engaged..." She had a sly smile.
"It's a rumour that just hangs around me. How do you feel about it?" I asked her.
"I love you, Eddie. I always have and I always will. I understand what this life holds for you, and I understand the relationships you have with all your friends, and I fully accept I'm not the only important woman in your life." She smiled up at me.
"I love you, Maria... Where do you stand on marriage, then?" I went for it.
"Now isn't a good time, as you've got a lot lined up for you, so I suggest a promise." She stood up, standing face to chest with me.
I'm tall, what can I say?!

"A promise?" I was intrigued.
"If you and I are still as good, and amazing, and perfect, and spontaneous as we are now, in exactly one years time... Then we get engaged." She grinned.
"Even better. We get married. A registry office, ceremony, whatever you want! We'll do it. Big or small. No matter where we are! Let's do it! I'm in love with you. No one has supported me more then you have and I can't ever imagine being without you. You're my whole world, Maria. In exactly one year, from today... Will you marry me?" I asked her.
She took my drink, placing both our glasses on the table behind me, before she wrapped her arm around my neck, smiling up at me.
"I'd love to." She gave me her answer.

. . .

Stevie's P.O.V

Sherrie was in the shower, while I was rolling a blunt, sat on the bathroom floor, up in out hotel room.
"Hey, Sherrie?" I asked her.
"Yeah?" She replied.
"Do ya wann' meet me mum?" I asked her.
The shower switched off, she pulled back the curtain, poking her head through.

"You want me to meet your mum?" She asked me.
"If ya don' wan'a, th'n ya don' 'ave t', buh my mum is mah bigges' suppor'r and you mean a loh t' meh." I told her.
"Stevie!" She smiled at me. "I'd love to!"
I smiled up at her, beaming. "Mum's rea'y nice! She'll lav' ya!"
"You'll have to meet my parents, as well! Oh, maybe we could arrange for both our parents to come out onto this tour?! We could get dinner, they could see you play..." Sherrie suggested, back to her shower.
"Y'ah! Oh, that'd be fun!" I smiled, my doobie rolled and ready to go. "I love ya, Sherrie!"

Was that the first time I said that??? Huh...

The shower shut off again.
"Stevie..."
I looked up at the curtain. Silence... Uh oh...
"Sherrie?" I asked, unsurely.
"Could you uh... Strip and climb in here... I didn't quite hear what you said, but I just want to show you how much I love you..." She asked.
I grinned. I'm not stupid! I got straight A's!
I stripped off and climbed in, turning the water back on and making out with my lady.
"I love you, Sherrie." I told her again.
"I love you, Stevie!" She beamed, arms around my neck.

. . .

Dylan's P.O.V

I sat in the bar, at a table for two, in the back. Monroe sat opposite me.
I have a beer, she's got a Gin & Tonic. We're miserable.
"The guys are all probably having sex right now..." I mumbled, staring at my glass.
"Dylan... I can't get this out of my head..." My best friend looked up at me.
"Monroe, you met the man once. You don't know anything about him." I reminded her.
"But he climbed through my window, just to see me. He did all that, just to meet me... I'm confused... Kirk was my best friend and we've this whole history together. I've always liked him-"
"OK, can you see yourself married to him?" I asked her about Kirk.
"No." She answered truthfully. "I keep telling myself 'in time I will', but I jus'... I do love him, but since meeting Ezra..." She sighed.

"Monroe... It sounds like you're in love. No woman will ever be Vikki. I love Vikki. I want to be with her, I want to spoil her, I want to just hold her... Take everything away from me, I just want her." I could always be straight with Monroe. She's the only one I feel I can talk to about this.
"Is this mad...?" She looked up at me. "I'm more attracted to Kirk's haircut, then I am to the idea of getting married to him."
"You love him. It's undeniable, but you're not in love with him. You've been exposed to something new. Something you can see... It was this band or bust for me, as it was for you. It cost me Vikki, and this lifestyle is costing you Kirk. He's on this tour with us, there's literally no escaping him. You see him every single day, and that's messing with your feelings, woman. You need to sit and down and talk to Kirk. He's a great guy! I like him. He's good at what he does, but-"
I saw Kirk walk into the bar, behind Monroe. A woman was on his arm.
He caught sight of me, before he backed out in a rush, taking the woman with him.

"Love is a powerful thing... Sometimes, we end up with people that we love, but just aren't right for us. Take a break from Kirk, focus on yourself, 'cause every night, I'm alone in my bed, wishing I didn't let Vikki go." I looked her in the eyes. "Kirk does love you... but is it possible he's feeling the same way with this lifestyle?"
