2 - I wish...

Midoriya's POV

I walked down the almost fully empty sidewalk, dragging my feet and sighing, kind of like what you see on T.V. I totally failed that test... There's no way I could've passed. I guess I never really had a chance in the first place... STOP FEELING SORRY FOR YOURSELF!! YOU DID GREAT!! THERE'S NO WAY YOU DIDN'T MAKE IT IN!! A small voice yelled to me from the back of my head. 

What? I only answered like 2 questions....  Yeah but... maybe there's more to the test then just the answered questions...? And why would that happen? It's just my luck to have failed that test, I would have to go back in time to help myself do it... Then let's go back in time! I would but ... that only happens in comic books. I wish I could go back in time...

I continued walking. What  if I could go back in time? I put my thoughts to the side and focused on getting home, before I get lost again... I heard running footsteps coming toward me. I didn't think much of it because it was getting pretty late, they were probably just in a hurry to get back home. 

Then I found myself pinned to a wall, with a knife to my throat. "Tell me everything you know" Said the knife wielder. "Umm" I murmured. "SPEAK BOY" They screeched, almost cutting my throat with the knife.

What to do, what to do.... Don't panic, don't panic... I guess this is the day I die. This strange man is going to murder me. I'm just dead that's it... Just dead oo oo! I know! Maybe a superhero will come save you at the last second! Like in the comics we used to read together, remember? C'mon we both know, their just comics. I wish someone with some super power came and saved me, but that can't happen! We don't live in that kind of world! We don't live in a comic book or on T.V. This is the last anyone will hear of me... Not that there are a lot of people who've heard of me... But that's not the point, point is, I'M GOING TO DIE!!! 

Don't be over dramatic. It's just a knife. Just a knife? JUST A KNIFE??? One little POKE and I'll Bleed out!!  Oh If I could have one fortunate thing happen, let it be a superhero to save my life...

Todoroki's POV

I was walking  home from the restaurant, It had started getting pretty late. I stared aimlessly at the pavement beneath my feet, knowing where I was going by pure muscle memory. I looked up for a second to see what looked like the boy from earlier. He was pinned to a wall by someone with... something, in his hand. 

I crept over towards the two and got a glimpse of what was in the guys hand. A knife to an (as far as I know) innocent boy. What kind of crazy is this guy? How come everyone else is acting like that's normal?  I have to do something about this...

I stayed out of the mans sight. Hopefully the boy from earlier hadn't been harmed...

Midoriya's POV

Dead. Dead. Dead. Just answer the questions and he'll go away. Easy peasy! I don't know the answers to the questions!!

"ANSWER ME DAMN IT!" I flinched a small bit. "Uhm... What exactly was the question again...?" I asked. I saw someone creeping up behind the man. Whoever it was, I couldn't see their face. "What are you looking at?" He was about to turn around so, "AH- WAIT LOOK! IDOKNOWSOMETHINGACTUALLYIJUSTFORGOTTHATIDID" His full attention now on me, I had to come up with something quick.

You know something? NO??? Shoot. Now What?? Uhm... What to do.. What to do?

"Uhm... I...I-I forgot again" I muttered the last part. "Well then, TRY AND REMEMBER IT AGAIN" He snapped back at me before he started muttering and growling under his breathe. "Well about that..." I started, not knowing what to say next, but then I decided, 

"I can't."

Okay, WHAT was THAT?  IDON'TKNOWSHUTUP

"You... Can't?" He questioned. "I can't" I repeated.  "YOU LITTLE-" He  tried to slit my throat but was pulled back so he mostly missed and only cut a little bit under my chin, he then shoved me toward an alleyway and I fell flat on my face. What is going on?? I turned around to see one of the two guys getting punched in the face, and the other stood over them as they fell. 

Okay I didn't die earlier so now I'm really going to die... Ugh. don't be like that! Maybe they're the hero you were asking for! OR... IT'S THE GUY TRYING TO KILL ME?? EVER THINK OF THAT???? Dang... chill... You should really be more optimistic...

I looked around a little bit. I looked back at the person, scared to find out whether It's friend or foe. 

Todoroki's POV

I had knocked the guy unconscious. 

That was the most exciting thing I've ever done in my life.  Oh wait... what about that kid?

I looked over to him. He was looking around. Well I might as well go introduce myself. Well I would've if a whole ass brick didn't fall on his head... I rushed over to him. What the heck...? How?? I had no idea what to do, he was bleeding all over the place. He probably hit his face because he had a bloody nose as well as a cut on his head from the brick. I picked him up and carried him to the nearest hospital.

"Hello, and how can I help you today?" asked the receptionist. "Uhm well, This kid here is unconscious and bleeding. So I was thinking-" as soon as she saw him she interrupted me saying, "I'll get you a doctor as soon as possible, if you could, please wait over there for just a minute?" She suggested. I went over and sat on the bench she was pointing at, and sat the green haired boy next to me.

Not too much later they took him into a hospital room to get treated. I wasn't allowed in so I waited. In the waiting room. A couple ours later they told me that he would be fine and I should probably get home because it was almost midnight. I decided It was for the best, and so, I went back home.
