The operation was a success and I was slowed to go home the next day which is wear I am now. It's 6am on my birthday I don't want to wake mum or dad. He stayed on the sofa last night he said he didn't want to miss my 13th birthday after missing the other 12.
Nico rolled over "happy birthday."she said. She came and sat on my bed. She handed me a baby pink envelope. I opened it up it was a hand made card. I started to read the front of it. It said "I know we had a rough patch but I promise I love you to the moon and back. I smiled and gave her a hug.
Mum walked in followed by dad they began singing happy birthday to me. I went bright red when Nico and grandad joined in. We all went out and had breakfast and then it was present time.
It's mine and Nico's birthday party tomorrow her birthdays on the 28th so we're having a joint birthday party and I can't wait.
