Chapter 7: Dino Might!

A/n: Sorry you had to wait so long, but here is Chapter 7 of Sibling forever!

Sonic's POV

I just came back home from my morning run around the neighborhood, to find a dinosaur in the backyard and as I knew this has to be a wish my sister made.

Sonic: Alright sis, what happened this time?

Leah: Well, Zac lost his Apatosaurus and-

Sonic: Wait, his what?

Leah: His dinosaur toy.

Sonic: Oh, and don't tell me, You wished for a new dinosaur toy only instead you got this guy.

Leah: Yeah, that's exactly what happened. How'd you know?

Sonic: Lucky guess.

Narrator's POV

Just then Artie roared making everyone cover their ears.

Shimmer: Did we forget to mention he's loud?

Shine: And adorable.

A butterfly flys by making Artie turn away to look at it, also making his tail move like a jump-rope, everyone jumping over it.

 Leah: He thinks we're playing a game, like jump-rope.

Shine: More like jump-tail.

Everyone laughs at Shine's joke.

Sonic: Hey, can he go faster?

Shimmer and Shine use their magic on Artie's tail, making the tail go faster than ever. That lasted for a while until they fell down, laughing.

Shimmer: No wonder Zac loves dinosaurs, Artie is the best!

Shine: If Zac doesn't have room could we take home?

Shimmer: Yeah, he could share a bed with Tala.

Shine: And, he could play with Nahal's toys.

Tala and Nahal both shake their heads, not liking the idea of a dinosaur living with them.

Leah: Speaking of toys, that's what I meant to wish for. I wanted a dinosaur toy, not a real dinosaur.

Shimmer: Oh Apaticakes, my mistake Leah.

Leah: Keep up your chin up, Shimmer. I'm sure we can figure this out.

Shimmer: *lifts her chin up* like this?

Sonic: Exactly.

Everyone looks over to see Artie looking at the bird bath.

Shimmer: Looks like our Dino friend is thirsty. *Uses her magic to fill the Bird bath* Here you go. Aw, the birds excited to share the water with Artie.

Sonic: Actually, I think the bird's angry that Artie's using his bath as a drinking spot.

Shine: And leaving his Dino droll behind.

Everyone: Eww!

Leah: What am I going to do?

Shimmer: We could give Artie a napkin or a bib or a large straw.

Shimmer uses her magic again to give Artie a napkin, bib and large straw.

Leah: I didn't mean the dino droll, I mean we still don't have Zac's missing apatosaurus.

Shimmer: I know! You or Sonic could make another wish, Leah.

Shine: Just say the magic words.

Leah: Alright, for my second wish, I wish for a dinosaur toy.
