Third Person P.O.V
Kaelin shifted uncomfortably as three sets of eyes set on her. Scott had called her over to Derek's loft, hoping that she might be able to help them in stopping Kate. Of course, Kaelin said that she would go, but she would only hope that Derek would fulfill his promise and stay safe with Stiles.
"Scott, you asked for my help and I came." Kaelin said.
"Kaelin, you're alive." Peter said softly as he walked towards his daughter who glared at him.
"I'm sure you already knew that." Kaelin said annoyed.
"What are you talking about?" Peter asked confused, but Kaelin knew he was lying.
"I remember." Kaelin said, "Most things. Especially the part where you knew that I was going to die."
"You knew that she was going to die?" Malia asked, tone full of disbelief.
"Kaelin-" Peter started.
"I mean you could've told me at least." Kaelin said, "But, I guess you aren't done with lying to me."
"Why didn't you tell me she was back?" Peter demanded, his question pointed toward Scott.
"I kept her safe. Something that you didn't do." Scott said, "I helped her gain control so she could come back."
"I don't blame you, Peter." Kaelin said, "I know that you didn't want me to die in the first place. You looked for ways to save me. Thank you. Mom misses you, so does Aunt Talia." Peter froze. He always felt hurt with the mention of them.
"Wow." Malia commented, "If someone did that to me, I'd never forgive them."
"Do you have any idea why Kate would turn Derek into a teenager?" Scott said, steering us back to the topic.
"What color were his eyes?" Peter asked.
"Blue." Scott answered.
"After Paige." Kaelin concluded.
"Which would mean around the time he first met Kate." Peter added.
"I sure as hell hope I don't remember that." Kaelin remarked earning confused looks from both Malia and Scott.
"Derek and Kate knew each other?" Scott asked shocked.
"Biblically." Peter answered. "That's right, Scott. You weren't the first wolf to climb into a hunter's bed."
"Gross." Kaelin commented and Malia nodded in agreement.
"Okay, Derek was at the site of the house thinking it was still there, right?" Peter said.
"Yeah." Kaelin nodded, "He didn't remember the fire."
"But if he doesn't remember the fire, then he doesn't remember that it was Kate who set it." Peter said.
"Not necessarily." Kaelin said, causing everyone to look at her confused. "I told him."
"What?" Scott exclaimed.
"Don't blame me." Kaelin said, "He asked your dad about what happened to our family."
"Shit. I forgot. I was supposed to have dinner with my dad tonight." Scott realized.
"Kate didn't just take him back to being a teenager. She took him back to the age when he still knew her. When he still trusted her." Peter said annoyed.
Scott's phone suddenly rang.
"Yeah...No...He's coming for him... Stiles, damn it." Scott hissed into the phone. Scott hung up on the phone and then turned to them. "Kate has him."
