Kaelin's P.O.V

They left. Derek and Dad left. I was worried, I didn't want anything to happen to them. Derek ran away from the Alphas, I didn't know where they went. But occasionally, I would be sent a postcard. We won. We did. But, something still doesn't feel right.

The day we fought against the Darach, the day that I was able to go through the boundary. I never understood why. No one else did either. I knew that I wasn't an Alpha, so how was that possible? Well... after that terrifying night, I had a Harry Potter marathon. Just kidding, that wasn't the only thing that happened. Isaac, uh. He asked me out, and I said yes. He beamed with happiness and I couldn't help but smile. I did like him, a lot actually. There has been pretty awkward sexual tension between the two of us. It's like he's nervous every time he's around me.

I got and went downstairs, where Lydia was waiting. She was wearing a short skirt and shirt.

"Hey! You ready?" I say.

"Of course I am." Lydia said, as she looks me up and down. "Are you really wearing that?"

"I don't really feel like wearing a dress." I shrug. She always wore dresses and skirts, while sometimes I did. Today was the day that I didn't.

"Aren't you trying to impress someone?" Lydia said.

"Why would I?" I ask, grabbing my bookbag.

"Well, you and Isaac are dating now. So I kind of thought you would like to dress nice for him." Lydia explained, and I lift an eyebrow.

"I do look nice." I retort offended.

"Okay, okay. But, at least wear heels." Lydia said. I swiftly picked up my brown heels.

"Of course." I assure her, and she smiles up at me. She grabbed her bookbag and the two of us walked into my car. I drove the two of us over to the school.

We were having a pretty good time, with me living over at her place. I got her to watch Harry Potter and Star Wars. Next week, I'm making her watch X-Men. She called me a nerd constantly, but I shook it off. She could not live her life without seeing these movies.

We got to the school, and walked out to see Scott and Stiles outside, Allison was there as well.

"Hey! You guys alright?" I ask worriedly.

"I'm okay. We're okay." Allison answered, assuring Lydia and I.

"No we're not. It's happening to us too. You're seeing things aren't you?" Stiles asked Allison.

"I'm hearing things. Driving me nuts." Scott said. He was a werewolf of course he was hearing things.

"How'd you know?" Allison asked Lydia.

"Because it's happening to all three of you. Well, well, well look who's no longer the crazy one." Lydia smirked "Except for you of course Kaelin."

"I'm happy to fit your standards your highness." I say sarcastically.

"We're not crazy." Allison said, opening the doors to the school.

"Hallucinating? Sleep paralysis? Yeah, you guys are totally fine." I say sarcastically.

"We did die and come back to life. That's gotta have some side effects, right?" Scott shrugged.

"Scott, stop acting like this is okay." I snap.

"Kaelin's right. We keep an eye on each other. Okay? And Lydia, stop enjoying this so much." Stiles said. The five of us walked into history class.
