CHAPTER WRITTEN BY ADEL! Hi guys its Adel, just letting you know this chapter was written by me. Me and this author's story chose to do this since we both had no inspiration on the next chapters of both our stories so we helped each other out.

THIRD PERSON POINT OF VIEW:

Frowning, Kaelin tossed and turned in bed. She hadn't been able to sleep lately due to the nightmares she got from killing Simon. She was worried about Anna and Liam's relationship, first of all he was a werewolf with anger issues on top of that, and second Anna could be used as bait against Liam which Kaelin wouldn't let happen. Kaelin rolled over and checked the time on her phone, it was one in the morning. Kaelin debated on getting up and going on a run or staying in bed only to have nightmares for another few hours.

Kaelin sighed before she rolled out of bed and landed on the ground with a thump. She may be a vampire, but she was still a teenager and there are some things teenagers hate...like waking up in general. She had been informed not long ago that the girl from Eichen House, Meredith, was the Benefactor. Kaelin didn't care that Meredith was crazy insane, you don't put people on a dead pool, you don't put CHILDREN on a DEADPOOL!

Kaelin grabbed her jacket and pulled it on before shoving her shoes in her leather boots and exiting her room. She had been staying at the McCall residence the past few weeks, and was warmly welcomed by her best friend and his mother. She and Scott were going to meet with Satomi and Christopher later today actually to talk about ending the dead pool, which was number one on Kaelin's list of priorities right now.

Kaelin quietly crept down the silent hallway of the McCall house before finally reaching the front door. She opened the door and left the house without managing to wake Scott or Melissa and made her way down the silent dark road. She had been walking for quiet awhile when her phone buzzed showing her the following,

Help, Devenford Prep. Hunters.

Kaelin's eyes widened in shock before she dialed her friend's number on her phone and placed it to her ear, running down the path, "Kira! Oh thank god!" Kaelin exclaims in the phone.

"Kaelin?" Kira's wavering voice asked tiredly.

"There are hunters at Devenford Prep! I can't take them by myself, I need your help!" Kaelin says, quickly jogging down the path.

"I'm on my way." Kira said before hanging up.

Kaelin shoved her phone in her jacket pocket before using her vampire speed to make it to Devenford Prep in time. She was worried for Brett and his sister who was most likely with him. Kaelin soon arrived at Devenford Prep just in time to see an arrow flying at Brett, directed at his heart. Then out of nowhere Kira appeared and broke the arrow with her sword, just before it hit him.

Kaelin ran over to the hunter and slammed him into the wall before kneeing him in the head. The hunter collapsed on the ground before Kaelin grabbed his crossbow and aimed the arrow at another hunter who was attacking Satomi. The arrow pierced its back and the hunter collapsed on the ground, causing Satomi to give Kaelin a look of gratitude.

She quickly turned when she heard a loud scream before sprinting off towards its direction. As Kaelin grew closer to where the scream came from, she saw a young girl being attacked by yet another hunter. Kaelin appeared behind the hunter and grabbed his head, "If I ever see another one of you hunters attack these people again, you won't be the ones hunting." Kaelin snarled, flashing her fangs at the hunter before slamming him into a wall.

"Lori!" Brett bellowed running in his sister's direction, fangs bared only to realize she was perfectly fine.

Lori started to cry, causing Brett to pull her into a tight hug and shush her. Kira and Satomi soon ran over to them but stopped when they saw everything was fine. Kaelin started to breathe heavily, clearly trying to keep control. She was angry that these hunters were hunting innocent people for some extra cash, it was ridiculous and they were going to regret this once Kaelin got her hands on them.
