Derek and Kaelin: LIGHT BY SLEEPING AT LAST

THIRD PERSON P.O.V

Kaelin groaned as she opened up her eyes. She was chained to the wall. She looked around at her surroundings. Where the hell was she? Kaelin tried to pull off the chains, but she was weak. Kaelin looked over to the side of the room to notice Scott passed out on the ground.

"Scott!" Kaelin exclaimed, "Scott!" Kaelin looked over to her brother as she continued to try to tear apart the chains. Wasn't she trained for this? Kaelin this time tried to squeeze her hands through the chains that were wrapped around her hands. The chains that connected her to the wall.

"You can't get out of them." Kate smirked as she walked into the room, "You won't get out of them." Kaelin kept her head down as she tried her best not to give into Kate's wishes. "You can attack me, try to escape, but you are going to die either way."

Kate grabbed Kaelin's chin harshly before lifting it up and forcing her to look at her.

"You should be scared, Kaelin." Kate said, "I am the only person who knows how to kill you."

Kaelin hissed at Kate before looking down at her brother, who was still passed out on the ground.

"Don't worry." Kate smirked, "I have a plan for him." Kate picked up a knife before sharpening it. "I have a plan for both of you, but I have time. A lot of it. I wanna have some fun first."

"Do you mean fun like mani pedis or fun like murder someone fun?" Kaelin asked.

Kate laughed. "It really depends on the person... But you and Scott, you two have been causing a lot of trouble for me. You did have a part in taking down the dead pool, I've got to thank you guys for that. I'll go easy on you."

Kate shoved the knife into Kaelin's stomach and twisted it. Kaelin spat out blood on the ground. Kate twisted it again before ripping it out of her stomach causing Kaelin to lean forward, the chains closely coming away from the wall. Kate brought the knife to her mouth and licked it, her tongue absorbing the blood. It was disgusting. Kaelin looked at her in disgust as she tried to ignore the pain that she was feeling.

Kate shoved the knife into the top of Kaelin's arm before driving it all the way down, leaving an open wound. Kaelin hissed in pain. Whatever Kate injected her with was working on her because she wasn't healing. Kaelin knew that Kate was going to do worse to her, but she could only hope that her friends would find her.

"You can do whatever you want to me, but just never touch him." Kaelin hissed.

"Would you really do that for him?" Kate said, "The thing is the closest people to you are always the ones that hurt you. I should know, my brother did that to me."

"What he did, he did to save everyone." Kaelin snapped, "He chose us over you." Kate hissed at her.

"You are worth more than you know, Kaelin." Kate said, "I get the whole McCall pack just wanting you safe and sound. I have Derek. You are Derek's weakness. Derek doesn't have a lot of weaknesses." Kaelin looked down. "I remember as a kid. Derek loved you. He treasured you. He still does, actually. The only way that I can get to him is by using you."

"So, you wanna get to him? Is that what you want?" Kaelin snapped, "Really? After all of these years you still couldn't get over the fact that he was one of the best men that you could've ever met? You used him and burned his family alive, my family alive... He will never do anything for you."

Kate walked around the room smirking. "Really? Because I have you. Derek will do anything to get you back alive." Kate turned to face her. "The thing is I have never wanted Derek. He is hot, but I've never wanted him. I have for sure wanted him to be dead." Kaelin snarled at her. "You're just collateral damage."
