Wake

Saphire POV

In a cave a ways out of any paths I was sitting on a cluster of rocks, Tyrian was unconscious in front of me, he started to stir.

Tyrian: "Ugh, where am I?"

Saph: "A cave."

Tyrian looked like he struggled to move.

Tyrian: "Haha great. So why can't I move?"

Saph: "Oh that, I've just poisoned you is all."

Tyrian: "You've done what?"

Saph: "Oh don't worry it won't kill you, probably, you just won't be able to move for a while."

Tyrian: "Oh I feel so reassured. So what the plan now?"

Saph: "The plan is when you're able to move again you drag your bloodied and broken body back to "your queen." and tell her how you failed while I go and follow the others to Mystral.

I got up and drew one of my knives and twirled it around in my hand a bit.

Saph: "Or I could just kill you here and now. It would be so easy, but no killing you is probably mercy compared to what Salem might do, and people like you deserve nothing but pain and suffering."

Tyrian: "Oh yeah, because you're so much better."

Saph: "At least my work was paid for, you, you were just bored."

I went to the mouth of the cave and turned back to face him.

Saph: "I enjoyed watching you get beat up like that, real fun, so I didn't save you because I wanted to I did it because well refer to what I said before, Bye and I hope to never see you again."

I left the cave and left Tyrian on his own.

Blake POV

Leaping tree to tree in pursuit of the masked person, they stopped looking back at me.

Sun: "Gotcha!"

Sun lept down at the masked person they lept away as Sun lands.

Sun "Hey wait up!"

Blake: "Don't let her out of your sight!"

We emerged from the trees on top of a roof and the chase continued across buildings, the woman stopped and sliced a few pipes with her weapon releasing some stream to block my path I continued on through the steam.

Blake: "Why are you watching me?"

Sun landed on the roof behind her.

Sun: "Give it up! I'm not above hitting a girl you..."

She attacks Sun with her whip, he falls back avoiding it I ran over and kicked the scroll out of the woman's hand, she kicked me back and ran for the scroll, Sun had gotten back up and tackled her to the ground.

Sun: "Grab the scroll! Someone thinks it's important."

???: "Get off!"

She headbutted Sun which cracked the mask she was wearing and tried to make a dash for the scroll but then four of Sun's clones tackle her to the floor again, I paused for a moment.

Sun: "Quit starting and grab it!"

I knelt down and grabbed the scroll.

Sun: "Blake watch out!"

I stood up with the scroll in hand and faced the woman the mask on her face crumbled away revealing who she was.

Blake: "Ilia."
