It could have gone worse

Y/N POV

Moments after the illusion of Salem disappeared, Sun along with two other Faunus entered the hall, Blake saw them and went over and hugged the two other Faunus, the man was quite tall and muscular and quite intimidating to be honest. The woman more or less looked like Blake but older. If I were to guess, I would assume they were her parents.

Crystal "Well, tonight could have gone worse."

Y/N: "Yeah it could have, but still it did go pretty bad."

I looked at Crystal thanks to Jaune's semblance, most of the burns had disappeared, leaving only a bit of scaring on the side of her face.

Y/N: "You really scared me earlier."

Crystal: "Eh, I've lived through worse."

Y/N: "Sure."

I looked around at the others in the room Yang had descended the stairs and handed the Lamp to Qrow, Oscar was sat up against the wall catching his breath. Ruby looks like she had begun to collapse and was being supported by Weiss, Jaune, Ren and Nora were all sitting in their own area recovering. I looked over at my satchel that was still laying on the ground and sighed.

Y/N: "I'll have to go sort that out."

Crystal: "Sure just don't explode yourself. I'm gonna see how Yang is doing."

Y/N: "Uh huh, very funny."

I went over to the bag and carefully opened it, dust of various types were scattered around it's surprising they didn't activate and explode or something, but unfortunately, I can't salvage any of this.

Y/N: "Look's I've got a few busy days ahead of me remaking all this."

I closed up the bag and moved it out of the way then I went back to the group. Yang was currently shaking Crystal by her shoulders.

Yang: "Stop almost dying on me damn it"

Crystal: "Yeah, ok. Please stop shaking me."

Yang stops shaking Crystal and pulls her into a hug. Oscar got up and walked over to me.

Y/N: "So how are you holding up?"

Oscar: "I'm more exhausted than I thought I'd be."

Y/N: "Yep long fights will take the wind out of you."

Qrow: "Still you did good kid."

Qrow was approaching us lantern in hand.

Oscar: "Thanks."

Y/N: "So that lantern. That's the thing they were after?"

Qrow: "Yep. Oz said that we need to get it to Atlas as soon as possible."

Y/N: "Well I need a few days to remake a bunch of my stuff that I had in my bag."

Qrow: "I'm sure that waiting a day or two won't cause too much trouble."

Y/N: "Great."

Suddenly I felt someone grab my hand I turned to them and saw that it was Blake, she looked kind of nervous."

Y/N: "Blake? What's wrong?"

Blake: "N-nothing. But could you come with me for a bit?"

Y/N: "Yeah, sure."

I followed behind Blake as she led me toward the two other Faunus.

Y/N: "Oh."

Blake: "I wanted to introduce you to my parents but I'm starting to get nervous."
