Crystal POV

Yang and I arrived outside the communications tower it looked like it had exploded there was rubble everywhere the top half of the tower was gone.

Yang: "Well, that explains the communications going down."

Crystal: "What happened here?"

Yang: "It looks like it exploded."

Crystal: "Obviously. But how, and where's Y/N and Blake? Where did they go?"

 Yang: "Maybe they went to meet up with the others."

 Crystal: "Maybe. But something has  definitely gone wrong."

Yang: " Then let's go an find them."

Crystal: "Right."

Y/N Battle POV

Blake dodged a strike from Adam's sword dashing off to the side and strikes back at him with her katana he deflected it and shoves Blake knocking her down, Y/N slashed a few times at Adam with his knife Adam dodged and blocked each attack Y/N stabbed at Adam again Adam grabbed his arm lifted him up and threw him to the ground he then raised his sword about to stab down at Y/N, Y/N quickly kicks Adam in the gut knocking him back, Y/N then sprung to his feet.

Y/N: "Gonna need to try harder than that."

Adam: "You want me to get serious? Fine."

Adam pulls out a syringe filled with a black liquid and injects himself in the neck with it his body shuddered and he dropped the empty syringe to the ground he let out a sh=cream of agony and stumbled back but he quickly recovered he removed the blindfold that covered his eyes and glared at Blake and Y/N, his eyes were pure black with small red irises. Y/N whispered to Blake.

Y/N: "This is bad. We need to get out of here."

Blake: "What happened what did he just do?"

Y/N: "That was Grimm essence."

Blake: "What?"

Y/N: "Like I said we need to leave."

Adam charged at the two again he slashed in front of him creating a wave of energy that went flying toward his targets Blake dodged out of the way using her clone and Y/N simply ducked under it, Adam was moving much faster than before and before Y/N knew what happened Adam was standing right behind him.

Adam: "I'm not letting you get away."

Blake: "Y/N watch out!"

Adam stabbed Y/N through the back he screamed in pain as he collapsed to the ground Adam raised his sword again stabbing Y/N right through the heart Y/N's body went lifeless. Blake looked on horrified and collapsed to her knees distraught.

Adam: "This is the person you thought would protect you? Pathetic!"

Blake: "Y/N, no."

Adam started walking toward Blake he came to a stop right in front of her, seemingly out of nowhere a figure approached Adam from the side.

Adam: "I know your tricks."

Adam slashed at the figure beside him his sword phased right through it as the shadow clone of Blake dispersed, Blake gripped her weapon and thrust it through Adam's neck then used her semblance dashing past Adam leaving a stone clone there with its weapon still pierced through Adam's neck. 

Blake: "Thing's have changed Adam."

Blake pulled out the speed elixer Y/N gave her and drank it, meanwhile Adam broke off the arm of the clone and pulled the stone out of his neck despite how serious a wound like that would be the injury healing almost immediately.
