Crystal POV

Ruby, Jaune, Nora and Ren finished telling me about what happened while I was unconscious, about what Qrow told them and the fight with the Nuclavee.

Crystal: "So a Grimm that big was wandering around for decades leaving destroyed villages in its wake Including the village Ren is from, that sounds intense, but you guys managed to take it out. That's impressive."

Ruby: "Right?!"

Crystal: "But the maidens and the relics, I guess it's not the most unbelievable thing I've heard although it is up there."

Nora: "Yeah that's what we all thought at first too."

Jaune: "We're still not completely sure about it yet either, but hey, it's the best we got so far."

Ren: "We'll listen to what the headmaster has to say to us tomorrow and go from there."

Ruby: "Yeah!"

Blake POV

After returning home dad and Sun angrily burst through the front door.

Ghira: "Unbelievable!"

Sun: "Total garbage!"

Dad lets gout a growl and he and Sun turn to face each other.

Ghira and Sun: "We can't let them get away from this!"

Kali: "Well at least you two can agree on something."

They look at her, then back at each other. Sun gives an awkward chuckle while rubbing his head, and Ghira glares slightly and growls, fists clenched.

Blake: "Guys. Everything's going to be ok."

A short while later I exited my fathers study out onto the balcony one of the guards were posted there, she turned to face me.

Guard: "Good evening, miss. Can I get you anything?"

Blake: "Just a little time to myself, if that's alright."

Guard: "Sure thing. Just call, if you need me."

She walked inside and closed the door behind her leaving me alone to my thoughts, at least that's what I thought.

Ilia: "You need better security."

Ilia dropped down onto the railing next to me, I started to reach for the door.

Ilia: "Wait. Please I just want to talk."

I stoped ad turned to face her.

Blake: "How could you take the fall for them Ilia?"

Ilia: "Blake I..."

Blake: "Corsac and Fennec blamed you. We confronted them tonight, and they deny knowing anything and everything found on your scroll. They talked about how disappointed they were to hear that you'd sided with Adam. But you and I both know they're guilty."

Ilia: "You can't prove anything."

Blake: "That Scroll might not have been enough to lock them up, but it's enough to sway the Faunus here. When we go public tomorrow, they're not going to stand for any of it. And neither should you."

Ilia removed her mask.

Ilia: "Your plan isn't gonna work, Blake. Please... just leave Menagerie before it's too late."

Blake: "You're going to have to make me."

Ilia: "I know."

She put her mask back on and hopped off the railing deeper into the forest.
