"Thank you guys so much for all the hard work you have been putting into the car, it was worth it." Max said, giving his little speech to the team. It was only a few minutes after he got off the podium and we were still completely driven by adrenaline. I managed to film some bits of everything, the race, getting the podium and his speech and I was quite pleased by the footage I managed to get. After he was done talking to the team Daniel asked if we wanted to celebrate tonight, he rented a club, just for us so we were more than happy to accept the invitation. We decided to go back to the hotel. I still hadn't asked about the proposition the man who went up to me earlier made. I decided to not talk about it for now, considering I wouldn't be be able to be by his side anymore. Once we got to our room Max was quick to press his lips onto mine which I reciprocated right away. My hands started tugging his hair which caused him to groan. He was quick to take off my shirt and bra, taking his hand to squeeze my right breast while sucking the nipple of my left, making me moan which encouraged him more which caused him to shove me on the bed and hover over me. In no time all clothing items were removed and his member was already aligned with my entrance. In one swift but hard thrust he entered me. I decided it was the right time to tell him about my F4 opportunity, I was still a bit hesitant but I knew I couldn't keep it to myself, I was just afraid he would freak out. "Max, I gotta tell you something." I said, still sounding quite hesitant. "What's up baby?." He said while running his hand through my hair. "While you were on that podium, a man approached me. He's the team principale of a formula 4 team and he asked me if I wanted to join his team." "But that's great." He exclaimed, sounding very positive. "But that means I can't be around you anymore, I'll be at different circuits at different times." His face quickly changed to something I hadn't seen in a while. That face he gave me on the first few days. "So you're leaving, like I told you I was afraid off." His voice was a mix of anger and sadness. I understood where he came from but just because I won't be with him all the time doesn't mean its the end for us. "did the team approve of this?." He asked. "I didn't tell them I was leaving yet, I only heard about the opportunity myself an hour ago." I explained but his mood wasn't changing one bit. "So that's the end of us then." Did he really give up all hope just like that?. I grabbed his hand, pressing a gentle kiss to it. "It's not the end, it just means we'll be seeing each other a bit less often but on the bright side, I'll join you in formula one one day and then you won't be able to live without me another day." I said, trying to brighten the mood a bit but it didn't seem to help. "I'm happy for you." He said which didn't sound genuine but I suppose he just didn't want to be a bad boyfriend. "It will be fine, I promise." I assured him.
After this somewhat awkward and sad conversation we got ready for Daniel's party. I decided to got for this short white dress which fitted my curves perfectly.

Normally Max would comment on it for sure but all I got was a mere glance. I understood that he was upset but this was an incredible opportunity for me. Could he not at least try to be happy for me?. "Okay we're going." Max said while having already opened the door. And we're back to cold Max once more. Instead of trying to make things better I decided to keep quiet the whole way to the club. I wasn't in the wrong and he knew that. We just got to wait until he apologises which seems to not be happening anytime soon. Once we had arrived Max immediately parted ways with me which just made me sigh. I thought we were past this now. The club brought back nasty memories, it's not the same club as a few days ago but it didn't make me forget about what happened with Lando.I decided to forget about it for the time being and started seeking out some of the drivers. I spotted Seb and George and decided to walk up to them. "Hey guys." I shouted so they could hear me over the music. George looked at me shocked. "Anna, you look absolutely beautiful." He said while leaning in. "Thank you." "So you and Max huh?." George said while taking a sip of his drink. "Yeah, it's still early days but he makes me happy, things just turned a bit sour after I told him I'll be driving in formula 4." I confided in George. "Isn't that great?." George asked. "It is but he's afraid it will make us break up." I admitted. "He shouldn't worry about that, he should be happy for you, you deserve it Anna." He said while looking straight at me, showing me he meant it. "Thank you George, that means a lot." I looked for Max in the crowd and spotted him with another woman.
Holding here close and it made me sick to my stomach. I decided to look away and focus on George. "Let's dance."I screamed once more before dragging George to the dance floor. The music was numbing my senses once more but as much as I tried to not look at Max I couldn't help myself and thats when I took another look. Only to see him kissing her. His tongue shoved in her throat. Kissing like they were about to have sex on the dance floor. I could feel my heart breaking. "Anna, I'm so sorry." I heard George tell me but I couldn't look away from the scene that was happening right in front of me. It was over. The relationship barely even started and it was already over. I kept looking how they continued, his hands on her ass while her hands cupped his face. The only thing that made me pull away was George who had decided to drive me back to the hotel. "It's over." I said, still in shock. "I'm sorry." George said while driving me back to the hotel. Nothing is gonna be able to fix this.
