This is definitely the most plot twisting chapter I've ever written. I decided to add Dutch so the translation is under the sentence. For all my Dutch homies,I'm so sorry.

Unstoppable- Sia

Max's POV

P3 came around quick and once again it went pretty well. We decided to focus more on running some programmes than practicing quali laps so I wasn't P1 but that wasn't the point anyway. Anna and I were attached to the hip outside of practice and team meetings. We were just getting to know each other better. I've never met a girl with such a bright outlook on life. She was so enthusiastic about what was to come which made me feel even more guilty about me treating her the way I did ever since I met her. This girl deserves the world and it was now my job to make that a reality. We realised that both of us were very goal oriented. Me focusing on becoming a world champion and she was focusing on getting her degree and filming as well as she could. It was annoying when she was following me around at first but it has become something I look forward to every day.
After finishing quali where I managed to get P3 I decided I would take Anna karting. She told me she had never done it before but hell was she good, her face lit up the moment she got into the kart. It was almost like it was more her calling than mine. After some practice laps we decided to go for it and barely managed to win which was absolutely insane considering I've been doing this for years. We both got out of the karts and walked back to the car which was parked a bit further away which gave us some time to talk.
"How are you not in F1?."I asked, obviously joking around.
"Can I be honest?." Her face changed, it was like the first time I actually felt like she was the one opening up.
"Of course babe." I said , putting my arm around her. Trying to reassure her everything was fine.
"I kinda think this is something I would actually like to do?"
"Do what?"
"Start taking this seriously."
"You mean karting?" I asked, what she said confused me massively. What is she talking about?.
"Yes."
"I hope I'm not destroying your dream here but it takes years to get where I'm at."
"I know but this felt so natural , like I was meant to do this."
I wanted to laugh, is she insane?,she got behind the wheel an hour ago and now she wants to get into karting, potentially leading her into F1?. I tried to keep my cool,at the end of the day I don't want to hurt her feelings.
"I'll support you, in between race weekends we'll practice okay?. See where things go?." I tried sounding hopeful but everybody knew getting into F1 takes years.
Her face lit up and looked at me like I just told her she had won the lottery.
"Just please don't be disappointed if it doesn't work out, nobody has ever managed to get into F1 if they didn't start as a kid."
I wanted to not say it but I didn't want to lie to her either.
"I guess I'll be the first one then." She said with full confidence. Who is this girl?.

Anna's POV

It may have sounded stupid and unrealistic but to me it didn't. I've always been a go getter, I don't do things half and the moment I got behind that wheel I just knew it was what I needed to do. I could see that Max was sceptical and I don't blame him but I knew that anything was possible so that was what I was gonna do.
We found our way to the car and got back to the hotel.
"Max, can I join your workout session tomorrow?." I asked hesitantly.
"Why?."
"If I want to be in F1 today the least I could is start working out more." I explained to him. I could see in his eyes that he was once again confused. He must think I'm going insane and I don't blame him but I just knew I had to go in fully to get it to work.
He gathered himself to put a smile on his face.
"Sure babe."
"Shall we go out for dinner." I asked Max who was searching for something in his bag.
"Is it okay if we stay in?, I kind of promised Lando I would stream with him." He said while talking out a computer that I assumed was for the stream.
"Yeah, sure."
"You're the best." He said before kissing my cheek and setting up the game.
I ordered room service after asking Max what he wanted.
Max his shouting was annoying me tremendously, we only had a bedroom and having him next to me was ear screeching.
I decided to put on my headphones and look at some videos on my iPad about starting in F4 and how to get into. Obviously I had so much to learn before even getting close to that but I was willing to give it everything. I was lucky enough to have known F1 for quite some time so the basic things I definitely knew well and having a boyfriend in F1 was definitely not too shabby. That way he could teach me and spend time together at the same time. Life was about to be more complicated than ever. Managing to graduate, keep in touch with family and friends, film for Red bull, getting into racing and spending time with my boyfriend would prove itself to be difficult but it was also exciting me. It's like I finally knew what I wanted in life and all of that because of Max. I couldn't be more grateful.

Somebody knocked on the door which turned out to be the hotel staff bringing the food.
"Kutzooi." I heard Max yell. Obviously frustrated by something that happened in the game.
(Shit)
"Het is een spel, chill." I said to him.
("It's just a game, chill.")
Max immediately looked at me like a dear caught in headlights.
"Had je niet gehoord dat ik uit Nederland kwam?" I continued.
(Did you not hear that I was from the Netherlands?")
"Waarom heb je dat nooit gezegd?." Max said, his face still full of surprise.
(Why did you never tell me?)
"De film moet in het Engels dus het leek me handiger om het zo te houden." I said nonchalantly
(The movie needed to be in English so it seemed more practical to keep speaking English.")
"Ik haat je, dat begrijp je?." Max joked around before standing up and giving me a hug.
("I hate you, you understand that right?.")
"Ik zou het niet anders willen." I said while letting out a chuckle.
("I wouldn't want to have it any other way.")
