Anna's POV I spent the rest of the day avoiding Max and talking to the team. Practice was tomorrow and they were discussing what they wanted to do so when they asked me how I felt about what they had thought of I was more than excited to share my views. I know I should probably go to Max and film a bit but I just felt like I couldn't. I never planned on mixing my work life and my private life and with that one kiss it all mixed up. The urge to avoid him was bigger than the urge to be good at my job. After spending the entire day with the team I made my way to the hotel to get ready for the club. It only was a 10 minute walk so I was fine with walking. I hoped Max wouldn't be in the hotel yet. He wasn't at the track anymore but he had free time and since I didn't talk to him I didn't know where he would be spending his free time. I got to the hotel and once I opened the door I saw Max standing in front of the mirror. He was wearing a blue vest with a grey shirt underneath, blue jeans and puma shoes, very casual but hot nonetheless. "Hey" he said nonchalantly. Did this man really just say hey after he pushed his tongue down my throat a few hours ago?. "Hey, you getting ready for the club?" I asked him while leaning on the doorframe ever so casually. I'm not gonna give him the satisfaction of me getting mad at him.
"How did you know about that?" He asked, directing his eyes from the mirror to me. "Lando wanted me to come so I am" "Of course he did" Max muttered under his breath. I highly doubt he didn't want me to hear so I guess he was glad I heard. "Excuse me?" "Nothing' he said before looking at himself in the mirror again.
Max's POV I didn't know what to think. About any of this. A few days ago I was caught up with my ex and now I kissed the only person that seems to care about me. All this time I've tried pushing her away. Afraid of her leaving me but way I acted towards her only added oil to the fire.was she really gonna quit this job?.She barely started it. What should I do?. I know me pushing her away was wrong but what was i supposed to do. Let her in?. What if she leaves me after she hears my entire story?. Once I found out about Lando I felt more jealousy than I've ever felt before. My entire day was filled with thoughts about him kissing her after I kissed her. Him touching her. Him having sex with her. Just the thought of him being close to her made my blood boil. Nobody can touch her except me. I wasn't in love or anything but she was too special for him and she was too much of an interesting character to not do anything with. I wanna know what she's really like. What her body feels like against me. What her moans sound like when I'm deep inside her. What she would say to me when I made her feel good in every possible way. "I'm ready" I heard a voice say, I turned around and saw Anna standing there in this beautiful red dress. My breath got caught in my throat. She looks absolutely stunning.

Anna's POV Max stared at me without saying a word. "You..uhh you look" Max stammered. "You okay babe" I said while walking closer to him. A wave of confidence coming over me. "You seem a bit tense" I said while sliding my hands all over his chest. "Don't get too confident sweetheart, we both know I can make sure you can't walk tomorrow" he whispered in my ear. The words he spoke woke me up. A wave of guilt coming over me now. Lando. He had been so sweet to me and now I'm flirting with Max. I quickly took my hands of Max's chest, Max looked at me, confusion written all over his face. "You alright?" "Yeah, I'm sorry" "Lets just go" he said, obviously annoyed by me backing out.
We walked out of the hotel, I was expecting someone from the team to drive us since Max doesn't have a car here and I don't have my drivers license but nothing turned out to be less true when I saw this beautiful black Range Rover standing there without a driver. Max walked to the drivers side and took his seat. I quickly got into the passengers seat next to him. "Since when do you have this car?" "Since the team lend me one" he said while driving away from the hotel. I don't think I've ever felt this safe within a car. I never thought I would ever be in the same car as Max Verstappen and now I'm here. He took a right turn which made him turn the wheel with one hand, the way he did it was so effortless and quite hot to be honest. He looked some comfortable and confident behind the wheel which was a huge turn on. "You done staring at me?"he said while keeping his eyes on the road. "Yes sorry" I quickly replied, obviously very embarrassed. While I was still completely mortified I saw Max move his hand to my thigh. He just kept it there, ever so casually without looking at me once . I should've moved it but a part of me just didn't want to. Guilt can come later. It's time to have fun, not to question every action. After a 20 minutes drive we finally got to the club. It looked quite luxurious. Nothing too much but not something everyone would be able to come to.
We got into the club and it even looked more luxurious from the inside. I immediately spotted Lando sitting next to Seb on one of the couches in the back. Without a doubt I went to them, leaving Max to wander around on his own. "It's good to see you again Anna" Seb said giving me the same smile he gave me before. "Hey babe" Lando said before going in for a kiss. It caught me off guard. We went on one date and hes already acting like I'm his girlfriend. I kissed him back hesitantly and I immediately knew what was up. He was drunk. He tried to deepen the kiss but before he could I pulled back. I tried to play it cool but both Seb and Lando knew something was up. "I'm just gonna get a drink, I'll be back" i said before quickly turning to the bar. What the fuck just happened?. I quickly realised I was overthinking again and decided I needed to order a shot sooner rather than later. After the bartender gave me the shot I was quick to down it. I quickly ordered another one before shooting it down my throat once again.I spotted George on the dance floor and decided to go up to him and introduce myself. "Hey I'm Anna" "Hey Anna, it's nice to meet you" he laughed obviously a bit taken back by my forwardness. "Wanna dance?" He nodded which was my que to grab his hands and dance with him. For the first time since the moment I got here I found myself not worrying. Not thinking about what to do or what to say. It was like I the music was numbing all the negative feelings. I loved it. "Are you good?" I heard someone whisper in my ear which turned out to be Max. He put his hand on my upper arm in a protectieve manner. "I'm great, come dance with me!" I said enthusiastically while pulling him close to me, alcohol obviously had taken its effect. Max didn't refuse which was surprising at first but I figured out quite quickly that he was just as far gone as me. I'm a total lightweight if you hadn't noticed yet. I looked at the couch where Lando and Seb were sitting on previously, only to find out Seb was gone. I looked a bit further to the right and saw Lando. I saw Lando kissing another girl. A full make out session right in front of me. Her hands were in his hair and his hands were on her face like they were on mine this morning. It felt like the music was a mere background noise and i felt all of the carelessness leaving my body. That's when he pulled back from her and looked at me.
