I'm not a professional in love stuff, and he's not either, but I still don't want to dissapoint him.

I want to learn how to love, and I decided to ask the best love-advicer of Mondstadt, Lisa. She was at the reception, doing some stuff. I gently approached to her, who noticed me faster than a blink.

—“Honey...” — She called me. —“Are you coming to search a new book? Go ahead, Or you need any recommenda-” —I interrumpted her.

—“Ms. Lisa, c-can you give me l-love advice?” —I nervously asked to her.

Lisa was surprised about my request, because I'm my five years of career, I've never gave any sign of loving nothing but alchemy.

—“Oh, la la~” —She hummed. —“Is my sweet flower dating someone finally?” — She asked to me. —“Let me guess... Is it the blonde alchemist you work with? What was his name... Alfredo?”

—“I-It's Albedo...” —I corrected her.

—“Albedo!” — Lisa snapped. —“Do you need any advice on what, exactly?”

—“It is unusual to ask but... C-Can you t-teach me how to...” —I started to stutter. —“wouldyouteachmehowtokiss?”

Lisa stared at me, Analyzing the shocking proposal. She got up from her chair, left her desk and walked over to me. He grabbed my chin and brought her face close to mine. I quickly moved, totally shocked. She started chuckling.

—“I-I didn't mean that!” — I screamed.

—“Shh! Don't raise your voice in the library!" — She shut me up. —“Don't worry, I was joking, honey. My lips are only a girl's territory.” —She was laughing softly. —“I can't give you any advice without having someone to practice, darling, but you can try using soft things~” —She suggested.

—“S-Soft things like what...?” — I nervously asked.

—“A pillow.” —She answered. —“But, If you're trying to impress him, I will give you a better advice.”

—“Like what?” —I asked. A lot of thoughts came to my mind.

—“Let the moment flow.” —She coldly answered. —“The best advice I can give you in this kind of situation is to be yourself, and don't try being something you are not.” —Lisa held my hands with a warm touch. —“Sucrose, darling, You're a smart and beautiful woman, please don't try to be someone else. Albedo is in love with Sucrose, that's all I know.”

As long as we finished talking, I leaved the library, as I did with the Seat of the Knights of Favonius. I headed to the alchemy place to synthesize some ascension items for a commission. And he was there.

—“Good afternoon, Sucrose.” —He greeted me. —“Got any commission today?”

—“Good afternoon, Timaeus.” —I greeted him. —“Yes, I got a request by a bard here in Mondstadt. He asked for Vayuda Turqoise and slime secretions. Nothing impossible to synthesize. So I'm using the fabrication table if you're okay with it”

—“Of course, Sucrose” —He lend me the place. —“Come and do your magic”

I put my equipment on, took the materials I needed from the shelves and started doing my “magic”. And it passed more than twenty minutes, and it was done. The two commissions were done. Timaeus was amazed as always.

—“Wow, Sucrose...” —He started to clap. —“Incredible as always...”

—“It's my Job, Timaeus. You always get surprised about something I usually do. But Thank you!” —I thanked him.

For a moment, I forgot everything that happened between us two, but it wasn't a nuisance actually. Like dirt on a window, that memories were wiped out of our minds, or at least mine. After all, we have been friends and co-workers for over five years.

Since I arrived at the Teyvat Alchemy Academy, Timaeus and I have been close. We both had doubts, and likewise, we both answered them. We complemented each other, we supported each other. And for a moment I forgot the sacrifice I made by leaving home to study what I was passionate about. I forgot about Glucose, I forgot about my parents.

My parents were adventurers, and I was a scholar. When they decided to travel to Sumeru with Glucose, it seemed that my career was destroyed. But I plucked up the courage, and decided to stay both with their house and with my dream. They, disappointed, accepted my proposal on the condition of "putting my happiness before anything." They knew my only concern was alchemy. They wanted to prevent me from forgetting about myself.

On the day of our graduation, Timaeus brought me to Liyue as a surprise and reward for my hard work. We went to places like Qingste Village, Huaguag Stone Forest and Mountain Tiahneng. He invited me to have dinner at Wanmin Restaurant, and we had a good time.

At the nights, we slept at a local hotel in the center of the city. We shared a room, with two individual beds separated by a dresser. And at the nights we had our deepest conversations. I was thankful by the amazing gift, and I didn't find the words to express it. Then, he asked me a question that means my gratitude

—“What have been your favorite part of the trip, Sucrose?” — He asked me from his bed.

—“If I tell you, you might laugh at me.” —I answered by mine.

—“Oh, Sucrose. Don't say such a thing like that.” — He was dissaponinted. —“Then, your gratitude will not be showed to me”.

—“I met a b-boy today.” —I nervously answered.

—“A boy?!” — Timaeus raised his voice. —“And what's his name, did you asked him?”

—“I don't, but I remember his face, and his hair, and his voice”. —I replied excitedly, covering my face with my blanket. —“He was blond, his eyes were blue like Liyue's sea and his voice ... I fell in love”

—“You must be joking.” —He answered to me, very serious.

—“What's wrong? Are you Jealous, Tim?” — I said as a joke.

—“You don't have an idea of who is him, Rose”. — He said, worried about me.

—“What should I know about him?” —I asked to him. —“He's probably two grades higher than me, and maybe five years older than me, we might never be a couple, but I still like-”—I got interrumpted

—“Rose, he's from Kaerin'ah.”.
