Akera
Sitting in seat at a table outside Starbucks. I sip on my mango sparkling green tea taking in the sunshine. A nice breeze blows my hair as I slip on my sunglasses and take my book out. leg crossed relaxing my body I open the book.

"Well well well." a voice says from behind me.

Looking around I see no one until I turn back forward. Jumping I held my chest. A tall light tatted guy smiled showing his dimples leaning on the table.

"Can I help you?"

"Your so beautiful made me forget my pickup line." he shook his head sitting in the chair in front of me. "Mm I didn't know Angels could fly this low. what are you doing sitting all alone?"

"I'm not alone I have my book and my tea. Anything else?

He chuckled leaning with his arms folded. "I was just looking for the time honestly. I would look at my watch but I just can't keep my eyes off you."

Shaking my head I slightly laughed. Only slightly that was so corny. "Uh it's 1:30."

He looked all over me. I tried not paying any mind but I couldn't get the feeling of his eyes off me.

"Beautiful, Sweet, Intelligent, spontaneous, good-looking, charming, funny, well...Enough of ME talking. How about you? What do you think about me?"

"Right now I think you annoying. I'm trying to read my book."

He held his hands up. "True your right I apologize. I'm Chris by the way and you must be Mrs Right."

I kept my mouth closed and went along with reading my book. Again I felt him watching me.

"Ok ok I'm sorry I was only joking." he chuckled and pushed my book down softly. "You are beautiful and caught my attention I thought I could make you laugh then ask you ok to dinner tonight if your available." he spoke smooth with a deeper calmer voice. "If you want I'll leave right now."

Looking into his eyes had me blushing. His chuckle filled my ears. Sliding a card my way he stood. "Give me a call later I'll keep it all serious and we can get to know each other. Have a nice day."

I waited until he was out of sight to pick up the card. His name and number were on it. Smiling I bit my lip putting the card in the front of my book.
