A/N: Hey guys! Welcome to the final chapter of Weather the Storm!
Writing this fanfic has been absolutely crazy! I had a lot of hate at school for this, but you guys inspired me to keep going! <3 Yes, this is the final chapter--the epilogue. I hope you enjoy, and I just wanted to say that I NEVER expected my first fanfic to reach 1.4K views. I appreciate each and every one of those reads!
5 years later...
Marzia's POV
I could hear crying come from the room next to us. I groaned and sleepily checked the time. 2:07AM. I pushed myself up with my hands, but suddenly felt Felix's warm arm push me back down.
"I'll take care of her," he said softly, and left the room. I could hear Daizo cooing as Felix whispered to her, calming her down. Daizo Kjellberg was our 8-month-old daughter, named after my friend Daizo, who was responsible for me meeting Felix. I flipped over onto my back and stared at the ceiling. Exactly 5 years ago our life was turned upside down after Dan appeared. However, we had stayed together through it. I smiled as I thought about all the great times we had, and ran through all the good memories until I stopped on one, reliving it. It was the moment when Felix had proposed to me. I lay there, still grinning like an idiot, until I heard the door open and softly click shut. A sudden warmth on my arm told me that Felix had crawled back into bed.
"Marzia?" I heard his soft voice next to me.
"Yeah?"
"I love you," he said simply. I giggled softly in the darkness. Even though we had been married for almost 6 years, he still sounded as cute and as nervous as the day he first said it me, when we first met.
"I love you too."
-TIME SKIP TO MORNING-
I hummed happily to myself, neatly throwing pancakes onto a plate while unscrewing the top of a baby food jar with my other hand. Daizo giggled and cooed as I fed her. Smiling lovingly, I left her in her baby seat for a moment as I approached the stairs.
"FELIX!!!!!!!" I hollered up the stairs, "Felix, breakfast is ready!!!"
I sighed and facepalmed. Did he ever come to breakfast on time? Of course not. I was the one who did the cooking, while he lazed about in bed.
But I was happy. And whenever I would pretend to be angry at him for never doing the cooking, he would just sweep me up inhis arms and everything would be forgiven.
"Felix!?" I yelled again. Suddenly, I felt something touch me from behind and I jumped about 3 feet in the air. I turned around to see a floating inflatable shark. I burst out laughing. I heard him join me, stepping out from behind the shark.
"Jeez Marzia, I didn't think you'd get so scared of Shannon. After all, she basically my true love." I punched him playfully.
"What about ME??!!" I cried, still laughing.
"Oh, pffft you, you're just in the way of my happily ever after with Shannon," Felix replied, also jokingly.
"Are you sure?" I swept up to him and put my arms around his neck.
"Well..." he said, and leaned down to kiss me.
My life was perfect. The storm had passed...because, after all....
After every storm comes a rainbow.
