chapter 21

“Luke i'm pregnant..”

We look up and Amanda is in the hallway.

What?

“What did you say?”Luke sais shocked.

“Luke i'm pregnant”Amanda sais holding her stomach.

I could feel the tears wanting to escape my eyes.

It was like Everything that happened between me and Luke fell and crashed down sinking into the earth like it didn’t matter Or like it never happened.

“What?Why are you telling me this?Don’t tell me its..”Luke said standing up.

I had my hand covered over my mouth.I was speechless.That's when I realized that it was Luke’s baby..

A tear rolls down my cheek and notice that I was gripping onto my hand tightly.I let go and it started stinging.

I rush upstairs not knowing what to do.I close the door and I walk back and forth around my room.

Why is this happening?Everything was great.I had Luke back and everything was perfect?

I sobbed.I don’t know what to do?I don’t want to be here.I need to leave.I can’t its just too much.

I grab some of my stuff and rush downstairs still crying.

Luke tried to stop me  but I rushed out letting go of his grip.He was crying as well.

I got into my car and started it up.

Shit.

I remembered that i dont have anywhere to go.It was kinda late so I didn’t want to go to Jany’s or Stephanie’s.Plus its pretty far and i dont think i could be able to concentrate with all of this.

All I want is to go somewhere.I need to think.

I then turned my car off and grabbed my phone out of my bag.

“Hey Jessi where are you guys?”Skip answers his phone.

“Daniel come outside please.I need you to do me a huge favor”I say trying not to sound like I was crying but failed.

“Are you ok?and ok im on my way”He answers.I then hang up and start to get out of my car.

“Jessi wait”Luke said crying.I get out of my car and close the door with another tear rolling down my cheek.

“Please.Its not mine she could be lyin-”

“Lying?Luke why would she lie about that?!”I cut him off.

“jessi!?”Skip said coming out of the house.

“but I love you Jessi”Luke sais crying.

“And I love you”I tell him before following Skip into his car.

I tell Daniel to start and drive and he does as he's told.

“Whats going on?What did he do?Where are we going?”Skip blasts me with all these questions sounding worried.”take me somewhere..just take me somewhere away from this house”I say.

He stayed quiet and kept driving.I wanted to cry I needed someone to hug me.I guess Luke isn’t meant to be mine..

Daniel then stops at a house.

“who house is this?”I managed to say.”Mine”He said getting out of the car and I followed.I closed the door to his car on the passenger side and turned to face him.

He suddenly wraps his hands around me and hugged me tightly.I couldn't help but cry on his chest letting it all out.”Lets go inside”He tells me letting go of the hug.
