JESSI’S P.O.V :
I wake up the next morning early to go to the hospital.I took a quick shower and got changed.

It’s the third day after I found out that Sam was in the hospita.His hand is healing and hes recovering little by little.
I woke up this morning and rushed to the hospital.
I found David in the hallway.”Hey how is he?”I ask him.”He woke up.”Were going to go and pick up the kids.I’ll tell Karie that you can stay here with Sam while we bring them”He sais.I nod yes excited,relieved and really happy that hes ok.Moments later they come out.I hug Karie smiling and they leave me in the room.I turn to look as they leave and close the door behind them.I turn back around and sit next to Sam.
“Hey”I smile at him.He opened his eyes slowly.He was still droopy and weak.
“Jessi”He sais lightly smiling.”How you feeling?”I ask.
“I missed you.I’ve been better”He sais.
“We were all really worried.We don’t know who did this to you but we are investigating”I say almost sarcastic like.
“really?I hope they find them”He tells me glancing away.
“Sam.I’m not stupid.I know who did this.And I remember me and that person made a promise”I tell him.
“I’m sorry.I did.I tried my hardest not too but..”
He sighed.”I felt so alone”He sais.
I sat there quietly giving him time to explain.
“It was afterschool.They beat me at school and I came home like nothing happened..They didn’t even notice my bruises.Well I hid them so..”
“They txted me.These guys that always bully me at school.They told me that no one cared about me.MY girlfriend cheated on me.You left so I didn’t have anyone to talk to.So I got out of the house later that night..I brought a knife with me ofcourse..I went to the park and sat down on the grass holding it in my hand..”
“I wanted to leave..”He sais crying.
A tear rolled down my cheek and I went over to him and hugged him.
“No Sam we need you here.You can’t leave.And your not alone.You have your family here with you and you also have me”I tell him.
“No they’re not.They only notice when when im really hurt like now.and you live with your uncle now.you’ll have to go back after this anyway”He sais glnacing away.
“No because im always going to be here.I’ll visit everyday and or call you.You can come over and hang out with the guys.You’ll get along with them I promise”I tell him.
“Sam!”Alex comes burstign in with Tony and Nancy.
They all hug him.I smile at them being together and happy.
I walk out of the room to give them space.I turn to the side and I see someone with their back turned.It looked like Eric.
“Hey”I say walking towards him.
He turns around and his eyes were red and puffy.
“Are you ok?Whats wrong?”I ask him.”No ermm.My grandpa’s gone”He sais with a sob.
I went up to him and hugged him.He sobbed wrapping his arms around me.
“Im so sorry”I tell him with a tear rolling down my cheek.
I felt really bad for him.That could of been me.That could of been Sam.I hugged him tightly while he cried.
He then lets go of the hug.”Thank you.For being here for me”He sais looking at me.I looked up at his big sparkly green eyes.
“ofcourse”I tell him.
He then started to lean closer.My lips to his.I didn’t react.Kinda just stared at his face getting closer to mine.
“Jessi”I hear behind me.

Eric looks up and I turn around.
“Wanted to make sure that you and..your brother were ok..”He sais.
“yea were ok”I mumble.”This is Eric”I say trying to be polite.”Hey”eric tells him.”Hi”Luke responds.
“Hey umm”I say turning to look at Eric.”Maybe we can hang out later.I’ll find you before I leave”I tell him so only he could hear.I hoped.
He nods yes.”Im really sorry again”I say hugging him again.We let go of the hug and he walks down the hall the other direction.
I turn to look back at Luke.
“Is uhh everything ok”He mumbles.”Yea.My brother woke up.Hes better”I tell him.
“And you?”He whispers.I sighed.Why is he doing this?He knows that I want to go up to him and kiss him.To have his hands aorund me.And I know that I want to as well but I can’t.
“Well im really happy that your brother is fine.”
“thanks..Wheres Amanda?”I ask.”Home”he mumbles.”You should be with her.She might need you”I tell him.”We talked.And she had no other choice than to accept my descision”He tells me.”Luke-”
“Were not going to talk about this again.Your not going to change my mind.”He sais cutting me off.”ok.I won’t tell you anything anymore.Your descisions are yours”I tell him.He then comes closer to me putting the palm of his hand on my cheek.”But that doesn’t mean that i’ll be back with you”I say looking away.

After the conversation with Luke I said goodbye to Sam and everyone else.They told him that he couldn’t go home until a couple of days since he recovered fastly but was still weak.I came to Eric’s house.
“you ok?”Eric asks me.”Yea”I mumble.”Hey was that your boyfriend back at the hospital?”He asks.
“ermm no?why?”I answer.”Thought I should know if you were with someone before asking you out”He sais.
I smiled.”Is this you flirting?”I joked with a laugh making him blush.”Maybe”He mumbles smiling.
“Maybe”I find myself say smiling.
