The first day of a school went pretty normally for Aizawa. His class learned to fear and respect him, and he got to see if they had any potential, which he deemed they all did, some much more than others however, eyes on you Mineta.

The second day was also pretty normal, although one of his students, Bakugo, seemed to have some form of anger issues, and he learned that he'd had a slight confrontation with Izuku on the first day. He'd have to address that soon, but for now his class was doing well In both normal lessons and heroic classes.

The third day however, didn't go as planned, with the press breaking in, but it was dealt with quickly, and his class chose Ingenium's younger brother to be their class representative. He really didn't care about normal school stuff.

The fourth day also went off without any problems, but the fifth day was wear everything hit the fan. It started of normally, with him quietening the class, before starting that after their lessons today, they'd be going to the USJ for rescue training. So, with his students properly pumped up, he went to take a nap so he could be prepared to look after the 20 rambunctious teenagers.

He awoke to Mic, stood above him with a coffee in his hand. He took it gingerly, pouring it down his throat after sitting up. "Thanks." He quickly said, earning a large smile which he returned with his own small one. Unfortunately,  they didn't have time to be romantic, so after a quick meal and quick peck on the lips, he was off to shepherd his students onto the bus and to the USJ.

The kids were being way too loud for his liking, but he also couldn't ask them to be quiet. If he was coming here for the first time, he'd probably be excited too. So, just this once, he put up with it.

It didn't help that his gut kept churning, as if warning him about what was about to transpire.

It only got worse as they entered the actual building, and he barely paid attention to whatever speech 13 was giving , instead trying to ignore this unease. He'd probably just slept too little, or ate something that didn't agree with him.

At least, that's what he thought until Kirishima said "Are those villains a part of the exercise?" His head shot up at that, looking towards where Kirishima was gazing, seeing a portal with grunts and thugs pouring out, with 2 people who were main villains behind them, and a beast like creature beside them.

So he did what he had to, protect his students by rushing in. "Thirteen! Protect all the students!" He put his trust in the other hero, blocking any distractions and focusing on his fighting, erasing quirks left and right. After a couple minutes of fighting he heard a crash, and looked up for a split second to see that his students were scattered, 13 was down, but luckily it appeared Iida had escaped and was probably going to get help. He just needed to hold it together for a few more minutes, if only All Might had actually showed up like he was meant to, he was sure the number one hero would take down guys like these in his sleep.

Finally, the grunts were down. But before he could do anything, the hulking creature standing beside the remaining villains charged at him, crushing his bones in a second. He knew it was over for him. He couldn't fight like this, and even if he could he'd have to get this 'nomu' guy off him first. He saw the blue haired man rushing towards the flood zone, and saw 2 off his students, Asui and Mineta, about to be attacked. At the last second he managed to activate his quirk, giving the kids time to retreat. Unfortunately, the creature just slammed him into the ground again, and from that point onwards it was all a blur. He thought he saw All Might come in, but no, that didn't make sense, because he was struggling, he couldn't even put a dent in the Nomu guy, and then next thing he knew, All Might was trapped, and bleeding.

This was worse than he thought, he needed to get up, to help. But he couldn't, he could only watch as the symbol of peace lost. He blinked.

And suddenly the hero was free, and pummelling the beast even harder, before punching it out of the building. He turned to the villains, daring them to continue, but Aizawa could see he didn't have much left, he even appeared to be giving off some sort of smoke. As if noticing it too, the blue haired man, who misty guy called Shigaraki, launched himself at All Might.

Aizawa screamed at his body to move, even an inch. He could let another person die when he was right there. He promised both himself and Hizashi that Oboro would be the last, but he couldn't do anything.

But just as all hope was lost, reinforcements arrived. Snipe hit the arm that was reaching towards All Might, causing Shigaraki to stumble back, before getting shot twice more and retreating.

He felt the adrenaline leaving his body, falling unconscious. His last thought, 'Izuku is going to kill me if I die on him like this.'

Everything went black.

A/N don't hate me please. Next chapter should be soon, and will probably be full Izuku.
