"Unknowing Flame!"

A large explosion rang out as (Y/N) sorang out forward and decapitated a demon that was far too close to Haganezuka. Immediately, this demon's corpse would just burst into flames as it faded away before (Y/N) shifted his attention in another direction. Blocking the swing from a demon, he held it back as much as he could with brute strength since every second mattered to them.

"Nakiri!"

Ayame sprung in to help him out by stabbing the demon through the neck as she put her legs against it's body. Slashing to the side, she brought her single blade back and cut the rest off before hoppikg and landing next to (Y/N) as they were back to back. Despite all they were doing, it seemed as though more and more demons remained than before. Not to mention, going on a full out attack would just leave old man Haganezuka open for attack as he hastily yet, expertly worked on the finishing touches of (Y/N)'s new blade.

As the demons of all shapes and sizes practically surrounded them, (Y/N)'s eyes picked up on one specifif entity in the crowd. This one had three horns, one in the middle of its forehead and two at the side. In its mouth, it had a set of jagged sharp teeth obviously meant for completely tearing prey apart. For those teeth, its head was large and snout-like with what seemed like horns pointed back. This thing's composure also reminded (Y/N) a lot of Yin especially with the long appendages for claws. The only reason he knew this wasn't Yin was because this thing wasn't mocking him constantly.

"Ojou...? When I get my blade? I call dibs on that motherfucker..."

"Hai-! Eh? Coco says that word a lot...Madafacka...?"

Surprisingly to all, there was a pause as everyone minus (Y/N) and Ayame looked at the boy. Glaring and growling as he was mouth agaped due to Ayame's sudden and naive repetition of a curse word.

"If it weren't for the fact this blade is what holds my life, I'd leave you without it."

"O-Oi! She just repeated what I said! How is it my fault!? You know what!? Screw it! Flame Breathing! First Form! Unknowing Inferno!"

As (Y/N) lunged forward on the attack while also on the defense, he would cut down four demons with one swing. Whipping his body around in time decapitate another before finally touching the gorund with his feet. Stabbing behind uim by stabbing the blade over his shoulder, the scream of a demon was heard before he heard that a loud screech from the Yin chimera. Making sure to shove his back against the demon's chest, it was used as a shield to help take the force of the chimera's strike and he could feel the demon he used as a shield get diced up.

Now being able to face Ayame's direction, in the split second he sprang over and attacked, Ojou was now surrounded by six demons. With a couple of them trying to make haste to attack Haganezuka as (Y/N) was distracted with his emotions. Taking a deep breath to calm himself, he let his eyes shoot wide open before kicked the threw diced demon off the blade he held. Springing forward with a twist to his step and push, he was enveloped by a flaming tornado that cut up half the demons bother Ayame.

Allowing her to focus on attacking back to protect, she stabbed the first one to her right through the chest before kicking off the ground. Slamming her foot into the face of the demon opposite to her, she ripped the blade out and decapitated the one she pierced right as the other lunged in with a downwards attack. Yet before it even had the chance to bring them forward, he was suddenly punched through by a flaming twirl.

"Blooming Flame Undulation!"

Standing behind Ayame was (Y/N) with her blade in hand as he held it out in fromt of himself. Behind him were ashes that were fading mere inches away from Haganezuka-sama's forgery. Giving her a grin, she would grin in return before slashing upwards to decapitate a demon as (Y/N) sprang forward to decapitate a second one with a downward slash. Yet with all this, the demon numbers seemed to keep at a steady point.
