I would first of just like to say thank you to all of my wonderful fans. Some of you have remained silent but I appreciate the presence all the same.

2012 has been a great year for me and I've accomplished many things that I feel immensely proud of. I've written two novels and finally finished Half-Faye! Earlier in the year I won second place in a writing competition in my local area. It was nothing fantastic but it embedded a new sense of confidence in my own writing skills. Plus the short story is being published in an anthology. (Which makes two published works for me.) I self-published Eternal Darkness on CreateSpace and Kindle which was an extremely exciting experience and I got to have a look a professional publishing methods. It was particularly thrillingreceiving the print copies of my book and seeing my name across the cover.

Not only has the writing side of things gone great for me. I have been growing artistically over the year and I feel that my artwork has come a long way since the beginning of the year. I'm so proud of myself because truly I am not a natural when it comes to art.

I did very well at school in 2012 with a glowing report and Dux of the year! (If only I could work that hard when writing :) ) I represented my school at a Young Leader's Camp which was a very fun week away from home. At the moment I'm holiday overseas visiting relatives and having a great time

However, when the year ended so did many great things. I have to move to a new school this year in a new city. It's bittersweet leaving my friends and trying to reassure myself that I'll be so much better off (education wise anyway) than where I am living now. It makes me sad to think that I have to leave my friends and I have already had to say goodbye to so many of them forever. I'm extremly nervous at the prospect of having to make new friends, I'm not the most social of people.

As I'm moving further into 2013 I'm already making big choices which will affect my future (especially school stuff) and it is very time consuming. Writing wise I have a massive (No jokes) line up of novels that I want to write but I know that many of them will remain ideas in my head, just waiting to bear fruit. Last year after I finished Half-Faye I wrote up plans for a sequel, Winglesswhich I do not have with me but plan to make my Wattpad project for the year. On the side I will be working on a maximum of two novels which I can hopefully get published as I look down the traditional route. I hope to do NaNoWriMo despite what my parents say about having a greater workload. I've done it two years in a row which may not sound like much but I don't want to ruin my streak. I'll just have to right only 50, 000 words instead 60,000. Not to mention I have three novels to edit. (One of them I still have to type up. My advice- never handwrite your NaNo novel, no matter how tempting it may seem.)

Moving on I wish everyone a Happy New Year and may 2013 be lucky for you. I look forward to writing Wingless and all of my other novels as well as reading more of the treasure trove of works that Wattpad has to offer. I'm starting to ramble now so I will end it here.
