chapter 10/ we're what?

December 21st 6:07pm my mother passed away from drunk driving.She ran into another car.It was sad and I cried, I miss her, even in her drunken state, but I moved on. No matter.

I sold the house and moved into a apartment a week later. I couldnt stay in that house, too many memories that I want to forget about

Jillian left for tour with Calum Tuesday

I miss her so much, but I know she is having fun with Calum. And I know shes happy so that makes me happy

It's now Friday,January 15th 9:30am,the day before my birthday and Sally has called me for a mandatory meeting

I don't know what it's about but I hope it's nothing bad. But on the brightside I think I'm finally over Luke. I can now listen to their music without bursting into tears, but whats bad about it is that i think I like Justin..

I want to tell him, but I dont. I'm afraid he doesn't like me back. So I guess i have to continue just as friends... #friendzoned.

I get ready and grab my phone off the charger and walk out the door.

I turn the car on and make my way to the studio . 10minutes later I arrive to the studio and I walk past the front desk and politely wave at the lady sitting at the desk

When I reach Sally's door I go to knock but stop when i hear other voices besides Sally's.

Justin?

Shit i do not look okay

I run to the bathroom a couple doors down and put on some concealer and some mascara to not make me look like im dead.

I fix my messy bun to look slightly less messy and I straighten my shirt and quickly walk back and knock on the door before entering.

When I enter everyone stops their conversation and looks at me, Justin looks worried and confused but smiles when he sees me.

That instantly puts a smile on my face. I go and sit next to him.

"Hey." he says playing with his hands nervously

"Hey." I say back with a comforting smile

Sally and Justin's manager are talking so that just leaves Justin and I awkwardly sitting there

"Do you know why we're here?" He whispers

"Not a clue." I whisper back and he just nervously chuckles

"I feel like I'm in the principal's office again" I say laughing lightly making him crack a small smile. I putting my hand on his knee that is bouncing

"I'm sure we aren't in trouble. Relax"

He just looks at me and gives a weak smile

I remove my hand when Sally and Justin's manager turn their attention to us.

"Hello, I'm Scooter Braun, Justin's manager." Scooter says holding out his hand to shake, I get up and shake his hand and say a 'hello' back

"Hello dear, I'm Sally Scarlette's manager." Sally says shaking Justin's hand and he just says 'hey' and sits back down next to me

"Now that we are all aquatinted, can you explain this?" Scooter says throwing down a magazine with Justin and i on the cover with the headline saying 'Next Power Couple?' and its a picture of Justin and I hugging and laughing.

To be honest we look cute together, and damn I need to loose weight..

"I- I don't know? We were just hanging out." Justin says stuttering a bit.
