Right after breakfast, they say they're going to head out. You respond, saying that you need to finish getting ready but you'll be right out.
When you walk outside, you find Ben is in the driver's seat, with Rey already in the passenger seat. You sit in the back seat, and Ben starts the car.
"Took you long enough." He mumbles.
You kick the back of his seat, hard. "Shut up."
"Keep that up and you can walk."
You sigh loudly. "Like I even want to come." You say under your breath.
His hands grip the steering wheel tightly. "Stop being such a brat."
"Whatever." You mumble, not wanting to fight, especially in front of an audience.
He pulls up into the garage of the repair shop, and it's janky as hell. Place looks straight out of the 80s. Rey puts on a jumpsuit and begins doing mechanic stuff. It looks like she's rotating the wheels. You stand on the cement flooring awkwardly, watching her.
Ben is off doing something else, so you decide to look around.
You end up wandering, and maybe a little bit too far. You find yourself in front of a dilapidated building. It's clear you're in the shady part of town, the shops beside it are equally as bad-looking. With no thought for your safety, you open the door. There is an open sign. it swings open with a chime, and you're met with a receptionist desk.
"Can I help you?" A blonde, intimidating woman says.
"Oh, sorry. I was just checking out the area. I'll be going."
You look over to find a plaque, which reads 'Armitage Hux- Lawyer'.
Who you assume to be Armitage steps through the door. "A customer?" He says.
He has red hair, sharp cheekbones, and is tall and on the thinner side. He's wearing a sleek black suit, paired with a pair of leather dress shoes.
"I don't need a lawyer. I was just checking out the shops here." You explain.
He walks up to you. "Armitage Hux. And who might you be?"
You tell him your name, adding on 'Solo'. Your mother was adamant you have the same last name, but you refused to change it completely, so you hyphenated it with your father's last name.
"Pleasure to meet you. I can show you around, I know a great restaurant."
You shrug. "Sure." You say, completely unaware of stranger danger.
You walk out of the shop together, and as you walk, you notice his fancy suit. "Not to be rude, but you don't match your workplace." You say, referring to the ramshackle shop and his fancy suit.
"Ah. We had some legal issues and had to restart. We'll be back to working order in no time."
You laugh. "That's pretty funny. A lawyer having legal issues."
"It's more common than you'd expect."
You pay no attention to where he's taking you, but your eyes widen when you find yourself in an empty alley.
"Umm... What are you planning?" You begin feeling nervous.
"I know what kids like you come for. What do you want? Weed, or something else?"
