"Hey! There I am," Mal chimed, subduing how excited she really was about her new look. She relented full control to a young girl named Dizzy to do whatever she desired to make Mal feel more normal. Not only was the eccentric girl Drizella's daughter and Evil Stepmother's granddaughter, but she was also a wizard with anything related to hair, fashion, and makeup. She learned everything she knew from Evie. They were practically inseparable when the blue-haired beauty lived on the Isle.

"Voila!" Dizzy exclaimed, admiring her work. She dyed Mal's hair a light purple and gave her bangs that curtained across her forehead. It was a major improvement from the washed-out blonde with purple tips, and both girls were in love with the results.

"Voila," Mal muttered while handing Dizzy a small wad of cash.

Dizzy's innocent eyes widened and she hesitantly grasped the money. "For me?"

"Yeah. You earned it," Mal declared. Dizzy squealed and skipped over towards the cash register only to halt when Harry barged into the shop.

He glared down at the child, and Mal found it hard to keep her cool as Harry demanded, "Fork it over, you runt."

With a small pout, Dizzy handed Harry her hard-earned money. But that wasn't enough for the pirate. He used his faux hook to gesture to the register. "Now the rest of it."

Dizzy sighed and went around the counter before cleaning out the drawer and giving Harry everything while he hummed in satisfaction. Unable to hold her tongue anymore, Mal made her presence known. "Still running errands for Uma, or do you actually get to keep what you steal?"

"Well, well, well," Harry taunted as he sauntered towards Mal, his Scottish accent rolling off his tongue. "What a nice surprise."

Mal chewed her gum and nonchalantly replied, "Hi, Harry."

"Just wait until Uma hears you're back. You didn't happen to bring a certain little mermaid, did you? Uma wants to meet her, and I wouldn't mind getting to know her either," he subtly threatened.

Mal felt her heartbeat quicken at the mention of the girl she thought of as her little sister, but she couldn't let Harry know that he had gotten under her skin. She gritted her teeth and continued to stare at Harry with indifference. "Only to be rejected and lose to Jay again? Pirates aren't her type, and I think she's allergic to shrimp," Mal taunted.

Mal's taunts boiled Harry's blood, but he let a small smirk slip over his lips. "Uma's never gonna give you back your old territory."

"Oh, well, that's okay. Because I will be taking it."

"I could hurt you," Harry threatened as he brushed Mal's cheek with his hook.

Mal grabbed his wrist, forcing the hook away from her skin. She kept her eyes locked on Harry's as she took out her chewing gum and placed it on the point. "Not without her permission, I bet," she remarked with a teasing pout.

With a scowl, Harry tore himself away from Mal and stormed away. On his way out he made a point to swipe his arm over the counter, causing little trinkets to crash to the floor. After sending Mal a final glare, he disappeared out the door.

Staring at the mess, Dizzy huffed. "Great. More sweeping."

A pit had formed in Mal's stomach, and she had to keep reminding herself that Erin and the others were safe back in Auradon. Erin wasn't in danger, and Mal would be able to deal with Shrimpy no problem. There was nothing to worry about.
