I woke up with the scent of Luke's cologne filling my lungs. He was still holding onto me, sound asleep. His leg was still around mine, and his arms were still wrapped around my sides.
I tried to move, but his grasp was strong on me. I pushed away from his body, then I felt his grasp tighten, and both of his arms were fastened around my stomach. He was awake.
"Oh no, you're not going anywhere," his raspy morning voice protested. He pulled me onto him with his arms that were already around me.
"Luke! Let gooo!" I laughed.
He rolled us until he was on top of me.
"Luke...... I can't...... breathe." I managed to cough out. He started to laugh, and pushed off.
I got up and stretched. I notice Luke walk over to the closet. I yawned and went into the bathroom. I found a toothbrush in the cabinet and squeezed some paste on it. I brushed my teeth and walked out.
Luke had his closet door open. "Hey Luke, do you want to go out for breakfast?" I called out as I walked to the door frame. Luke was changing his clothes and he only had black skinny jeans on. "Yeah, whatever you'd like." He walked towards me.
He's fit. Like photoshopped Justin Bieber fit. He has abs. And his muscles on his arms were defined as hell and he looked as if he were an American Eagle Outfitters model. My eyes were glued on his torso.
He used his index finger to lift my chin to look at his face instead. I turned away quickly, pushing his arms away, "Sorry for staring, you just... I.. Sorry." He laughed.
"How is it okay for a girl to stare at shirtless guys, but when we do it to them, it's wrong."
"No one said it was wrong, some girls are just insecure, and prefer to cover up." I smiled up to him.
"Are you insecure?" he grinned back down.
"No." I said walking away from the door frame, smirking towards him.
I walked in the bathroom and started to change into my clothes from the other day. I slid out of Luke's shirt, and began to put on my pants. I was trying to button my skinny jeans, when I heard something. I look into the mirror, and Luke was leaning on the wall behind me, still, without a shirt on. "Hemmings!" I screamed covering my chest from his view. "And you said you weren't insecure," he scoffed, pushing off the wall, taking a step closer. "You can't just scare a girl like that, especially when she's half naked." I frowned.
Luke took another step closer. He was so close, I could feel the warmth of his body. "Sorry for staring, you're just so beautiful." He looked into my eyes and smiled. His breaths got heavy, yet still smooth. He pulled me into him by my waist. My heart was beating so fast, I could almost hear it. I pulled my arms around Luke's neck. I was on my tippy toes, but was still shorter. He had to tip his head down to come face to face with me. He rested his forehead against mine. He bit his lip. This boy will be the death of me if he keeps doing that.
"Elli, I really like you," he smiled.
"Good." I whispered. "I like you too."
He looked at my lips, and back up at my eyes. He leaned in slowly. This is it.
My first kiss.
His lips gently pressed against mine. I could feel the cold metal piercing that sent chills down my spine. He pulled back noticing I didn't move.
"Kiss me back, Edwards."
I stared into his eyes, then leaned in, and kissed him. He leaned back in too, more intensely. Our lips moved in sync, like they were guitar strings playing a chord. Like they were meant for each other. He pushed me against the counter and and cupped my face with one hand. My hands tangled in his hair.
I pulled away, without any more breath. I smiled. Luke smiled back rubbing my cheek with his hand. I placed my hand over his and held onto it. We stayed there, staring at each other for everlasting moments.
He pulled me into a hug. "We should hangout more often," I laughed into his chest.
"We should make out more often," he smiled as he propped his chin on my head.
