Luke wasn't mad at me for telling Tessa because he told all of the boys anyways. But I just realized something. Does he still have a thing for that blonde chick? I mean, she did say they were together. It's not like I could trust her, but can I really rely on someone like Luke's word either?

I walked along the gray sidewalk in the cold winter air. I stopped by the Starbucks for a hot coffee before school. I was already out pretty early, so I figured I had some time to spare.
I entered the warm coffee shop. It smelt of mocha and chocolate. I took a deep breath of the strong aroma. I looked around to see there were multiple hipsters and spectacle-wearing writers typing on laptops scattered about the room. All of the seating areas were filled, so I just walked over to the line.
I ordered the usual and walked out with my hot drink. I began my way to school again. I plugged my earphones in and "Four Five Seconds" started to play. It was too early for any of the townspeople to be awake to hear me anyways, so I sang, loud. I literally put my heart and soul into singing it.
"And I know that you're up tonight, thinkin' how could I be so selfish.
But you called bout a thousand times wondering where I been.
Now I know that your up tonight, thinkin' how could I be so reckless.
But I just can't apologize, I hope you can understand."
"Nice singing American." I heard laughing. I turned around to see the blonde haired girl in a Lamborghini. "What do you want?" I rolled my eyes and kept walking. "Back the hell off Luke." I walked a turn and ignored her. "Hey! I'm fucking talking to you!" she yelled from the red colored sports car. "I've already associated that." I scoffed. She drove ahead of me, then got out of the car. The mini-skirt-wearing tramp stomped towards me. "Listen slut, end it with him, or I will." She shoved me into the stone wall, causing me to drop my coffee. "Have a lovely day." she strutted off back to her car and sped off.

I walked inside the school and glanced up at the clock, just on time. I walked to my locker and entered my combination. The blonde chick was walking with another one of her idiot clones. All of the sudden I felt arms around me, and all my worries disappeared. I smiled. "Luke." I turned to face him. "Hey beautiful, would you like to get out of here later?" he looked down at me with his one thousand dollar smile. "You know I can't miss another day of class." I smiled, pushing him off. "Ugh. You're no fun Edwards." he laughed and started walking to class.
Beautiful. He called me beautiful. I smiled to myself and closed my locker. I looked up to find the blonde all over Luke. "Chelsea, get the fuck off of me." Luke barked. "That's not what you said this weekend." Chelsea smirked, popping her bubblegum.
Waterfalls welled up in my tear ducts. He slept with her? Luke turned to me, "Ellie, I-" I interrupted him. "No it doesn't matter, we weren't even together. Sleep with anyone you want, I don't care. You clearly don't care about me anyways." A stray tear slipped down my blank face, and I quickly wiped it away.
I began to walk away before he could speak. I heard his mesmerizing words, but they meant nothing anymore, they just passed straight through my ears.
I guess this is what happens when you're dumb enough to fall for the bad boy.
