"I'm bout to head out." I looked at him.

"You driving?" He asked looking over at me.

"No Keri is picking me up, we're just getting some food. You want me to bring you something back?" I grabbed my phone.

"Nah you good."

"Love you"

"Love you too" he mumbled and I walked out the room closing it slightly.

I walked downstairs carefully hearing Keri honk the horn. "I'm coming, I'm coming" I said to myself as if she could hear me.

Once I got outside I got in the passenger seat. "Hey girl" as I hugged her tight.

"Hey" I smiled pulling back. "I missed ya"

"I missed you more, I'm glad he's in jail and I'm happy that you are better" she smiled. "Put on your seatbelt, safety first bitch"

I chuckled putting it on as she drove off. "How you been since everything happened?" She asked turning down the radio.

"Oh I'm good, sometimes I wish Ron was here you know he had the answers to everything"

"Nigga thought he was Sway" we laughed at each other. "I miss him though"

"Me too, we just got each other now" I grabbed her hand.

"You damn right" she smiled holding mines. Keri was always the closet to me out of the girls and I would kill for her.

Once we got to the little Italian restaurant we sat in a booth, I hated sitting in single chairs unless I was at an upscale restaurant.

"Your brother called?" She asked grabbing a menu.

"You know he did, he coming back in a month he has been so busy with work so" I did the same. "He been blowing up my phone but I understand. He apologized for not making it to the funeral but I understand. How you been though?"

"I am great, I'm so close to having my own store April. I just gotta put in some more money for the building and I'm in there"

"Aw I'm so proud of you"

"Thank you fr, I gotta give you a gift bag of my clothes"

"You know I life free clothes so bring it over here" she chuckled but I was serious.

"I got you crazy" a waitress walked right up to us asking for our drinks. "Tea please"

"Just a water ma'am" she wrote it down.

"Are you ladies ready to order?"

"I am" I spoke up.

"Okay go ahead with your order ma'am" she asked. I told her what I wanted and so did Keri.

"Alright it should be ready in 20 minutes tops, salad and bread will be coming up" she smiled. "Have a nice day ladies" She walked off.

"So ready to eat"

"Me too, I got a question"

"Shoot"

"What if I kept the baby?.. Like I don't like abortions but I wanna make Chris happy"

"Make him happy?"

I sighed "He's been ignoring me because I'm pregnant. He told his doesn't want to touch me, kiss me or nothing."

"What an ass he should be there for you not against you. If he really loved you he will understand April. Talk to him again and if he act up you know what you gotta do and if you wanna keep the baby I will always be behind you 200%"
