Jordan received a transmission from a carrier known as Red Robin, who is held up at Scorpion's Ridge on the outskirts of the Badlands.

He and Trevor are accompanied by a lion named

on their journey.

The hot blazing sun glistens in the distance on their travels as they continue walking through an endless desert.

Trevor was surprisingly not tired as he had his hood on through the whole ordeal.

Raiku took notice of this and summoned a straw hat on top of his head.

"Showoff,"  Trevor said as he scoffed at Raiku.

Jordan looked at his GPS, noticing the signal glitching in and out as they continued.

They eventually came across a large stone bridge spanning across a canyon.

The bridge looked untouched as Jordan approached the entranceway.

"Looks good," Trevor said.

Jordan was hesitant to walk across the bridge, unlike Raiku, who went ahead of him.

Both he and Trevor ran over to the bridge.

They continued on their path, coming up on a nearby rest stop that looked abandoned.

Jordan walked in to find no cashier, just toppled over shelves of chips and candy.

Trevor picked up a bag of chips and found a crystalized imprint on it.

"Where the hell is everyone?" Jordan asked Trevor.

Raiku roared to Jordan, signaling for him to follow.

Raiku had pushed a bathroom door, finding the cashier bled out on the floor.

"Oh, shit, that's surprising," Trevor said.

"You find a cashier dead in a bathroom stall, surprising?" Jordan asked him.

Both he and Trevor laughed at their own jokes.

Raiku rolled his eyes over at them.

Jordan then noticed something peculiar on the cashier, bite marks.... vampire bite marks.

"Don't tell me we are dealing with fucking vampires?" Trevor asked.

Jordan had then turned the body over and noticed several stab markings in the cashier's back.

"Whoever was here must have had quite the tussle in here," Trevor replied, looking around the rest stop.

He then looked around the store; he also noticed a couple of men on horses approaching the rest stop.
