Coming out of the portal, Jordan flew to the ground panting after a long flight.
He felt the snow falling on his face as he looked up to the sky.
The sheer coldness of the snow was chilling on his skin.
As Jordan turned around, he saw a massive fortress hidden in the mountains.
He later recalled his conversation with Zhangshen, the Grandfather Dragon.
Jordan remembered the information Zhangshen given to him concerning the whereabouts of his friends.
His first target is to find Trevor McAllen, captured and thrown into New Slavia's homeland.
Jordan's eyes then glowed yellow as he forged a winter suit, covering him from head to toe.
He made his way through the approaching snowstorm and to the massive New Slavia stronghold.
After a few minutes later of traveling, Jordan stood on the doorstep of the stronghold.
The giant stone gates stood above him, guarded by two men in ancient stone gear.
One guard halted Jordan's entering of the stronghold.
"Who are you, traveler?" he said.
Jordan peeled back his hood and showed them his Guardian sigil.
The other guard whispered into the other guard's ear.
Seconds later, he pulled a lever opening the doors to the stronghold.
Entering the stronghold, Jordan saw a deep tunnel and was escorted to the main hall of the stronghold.
One of the guards pushed Jordan into the king's lair, shutting the door behind them.
"Yea, thanks, guys, loved the tour," he said.
The atmosphere in this space has an eerie feel to it as he looks around the throne room, from the endless rows of frozen glaciers hanging overhead to the frozen servants sitting on a pedestal.
Behind Jordan, a man in ice-covered armor and a multi-horned helmet emerged.
His ice-cold eyes glared into Jordan's face, oblivious to his lack of apprehension.
This man wields a huge frozen bearskin over his back and a broadsword encrusted with ice spikes from tip to toe.
"What brings you here?" he inquired.
Back on his chair, the man pondered.
"I'm looking for my friend," Jordan replied, "and I believe you might have him locked up here."
With a chuckle, the strange man got up and walked around Jordan.
Jordan, to his dismay, did not find this amusing.
"Are you referring to Trevor McAllen, the man who brought this world to its current state? And who's the man responsible for the deaths of my wife Laura and my daughters Vania and Malaria? "He inquired.
