The train continued zooming past the mountain ranges; many exotic birds flew past the mechanical transport.

Inside the train laid hundreds of soldiers sent by Prince Leo, who were ready to kill Jordan and the mysterious archer across from them. "Open fire!" a soldier shouted from afar.

Their bullets began to fly, and as they went to hit the two, a force field expanded between them. Stunned, Jordan notices the shells disintegrating one by one as the soldiers continue firing upon them. "How long does this thing last?" he asked the man.
As the soldiers went to reload their munitions, the shield protecting the two went down.

The archer also scowled as he drew out a large katana blade, its handle and mantle both refurbished and impeccably forged.
When a trooper went to fire at Jordan, the man stepped in and redirected it down. He did this constantly till the trooper's weapon was out of ammo. With the press of a button, a ray also began cutting into the roof. The beam had made a large hole for the two to escape. Air rushed on top of the train as the two started their getaway.

Jordan looked all around the area and saw the numerous mountains passing the train.
The soldiers followed the pair outside and started shooting at them again.  Dodging the bullets, Jordan lost his footing and had almost fallen off the train had it not been for the archer catching him.
"We need to get moving!" he yelled.
As the two began traversing on top of the moving train, they arrived minutes later at the front cart.
Before they could get in, one soldier shot the archer in the back, causing him to fall off the train and into the fog below.
Without hesitation, Jordan jumped off the train going after the shot archer.
Sprouting his flame wings, he flew after him.
Jordan's eyes scanned and searched for the man,  ad finally found the archer still falling.

He caught him by the hand and hoisted the man on the back of his wings.
"Thanks, I could have handled that better," the archer said.
He laughed his joke but then noticed the soldiers from the train had sent fighter jets after them.

Jordan noticed the jets as well, his eyes locking on a mountain pass. "Hold on tight, archer," he said.
The young Paladin's wings then exhumed more flames; pro points him to more incredible speeds. They flew past the various gorges, dodging the incoming fire from the soldier's jets. One of the jets then fired a missile; this one, in particular, had a target lock on the two.

It chased after the two, following their exact movements. Before it hit them, something strange happened. The missile was frozen, turned into a solid block of ice.

"Did you do that?" the archer asked Jordan, looking around them. Jordan shook his head no. Right then, a large aircraft appeared above them, its loud engines roaring through the air.

The cargo bay doors of this aircraft opened, revealing Trevor and Scarlett. They brought a smile to Jordan's face as the Paladin continued to dodge the bullets. Trevor focused his attention on the jets behind them. He concentrated his power, forming a massive spike of ice, and threw it behind Jordan.

It then summoned a massive ice wall, crashing the jets in the process. The explosions ran for miles, causing multiple pieces of ice to fall.

Moments later, Jordan, carrying the archer on his back, flew into the aircraft and landed in the cargo hold. As he got up from the ground, Jordan was embraced by another familiar face. His girlfriend Sofia hugged him.

She had surprised Jordan with this warm embrace. Across the room, Scarlett looked on from the corner before disappearing into the next room. "This is the second time I saved your ass; you know that?" Sofia asked him.

Jordan chuckled, and instead of answering her, he kissed her. The two shared a long look before the archer from before interrupted them. "Sorry to interrupt the sweet moment, but can one of you help me to the infirmary?" he asked.
