Bakugo's POV

I distanced myself slightly from Kirishima as we entered the dormitory. I didn't want anyone to know that we were dating yet.

Before I could even look around, four heavy bodies slammed into me, immediately knocking me over. I grunted as my back hit the floor and I barely processed the pink, purple, yellow, and black haired people on top of my chest.

"Get the heck off me!" I shouted at them, setting off an explosion.

They all quickly scrambled off me, but they were all smiling, even Jiro.

"Sorry, we're just glad that you're okay!" Mina said, grinning from ear to ear.

I got up and dusted myself off. "Yeah, yeah, whatever."

Getting my back hit on the floor along with the constant ringing in my ears was not helping me at all. Instead, I just looked at Kirishima and said, "Oi."

He looked over at me, raising his eyebrows.

"I need to talk to you, shark face," I said, stomping towards the stairs and motioning for him to follow.

When I got to my room, I let him enter first, then I walked in and closed the door behind me. I glided right towards the charging box for my hearing aids, took them out, and put them in the charging box.

Then I went over to Kirishima and kissed him for what felt like the first time in forever.

He gladly kissed back, cupping my neck with his hand and wrapping his free arm around my waist. My hands buried into his soft hair and our chests brushed together as we both slowly inched closer to the other.

Suddenly, he pulled away from the kiss and rested his forehead against mine. I rubbed our noses together and murmured, "What's wrong..."

I pulled back a little so I would be able to read his lips. He seemed a bit upset at that, but nevertheless he said, "I dunno..."

I narrowed my eyes a little and pulled fully away from him. He frowned slightly.

"Sit down," I said, pointing at the bed.

With slight reluctancy he sat down. I stood in front of him and stared him down. He was acting... strange.

"I think you know exactly what's going on," I said. "So tell me."

He scratched the back of his neck. "I'm just being stupid, that's all..."

I stared at him for a while without saying anything. When I started to self hate, I just wanted someone to just listen. But Kiri was different than I was. When he started to self hate, he didn't want someone to just listen. He wanted someone to prove him wrong.

"You're not stupid," I said flatly. "Just tell me what's going on."

"Oh, I don't know, maybe I just think I'm cause of your kidnapping?" He said sarcastically, baring his teeth a little. "I'm surprised you didn't notice that the second we made eye contact."

"In my defense, I was literally muzzled and bleeding," I said, crossing my arms.

"And because of that, you couldn't see how worried I was?" He said. "Y'know, being a hero is more about fighting. You have to make sure people are okay, too."

"I wasn't a hero right then, I was a victim," I said. "Why the he** are we even talking about this?"

"B-because I... argh!" He threw himself off the bed and his fist connected with my jaw.

I stumbled back, stunned, while putting my hand over the place he had punched. What was going on? It went from kissing to punching in less than 30 seconds!
