I was wrong

~Jughead 's POV~

After hearing her story I was shocked , terrified and angry. I mean WHAT THE FUCK MAN. She has been suffering from this physical abuse for 2 freaking years and mental abuse her whole life. I always thought that Northsiders have their ' Perfect ' little life , but I was wrong. She has been suffering this through her whole life. And that sight I saw that day I feel like she has been through way worse . I mean she didn't even bothered to clean her wounds plus she didn't even make a sound . And today when she freaked out when we got home 5 minutes late . And the way Hal shouted and her and she flinched , she is really afraid of him.

I was wrong . Everything I thought about her was wrong . I mean I feel guilty right now for taking that revenge thing . I mean I thought she would get grounded or something but this... I will apologize to her tomorrow maybe.
And smashing sweetpea on the table , now I think about that she was just defending her friend . I was wrong about her .
I feel asleep thinking of her .

[Next Morning]

I was going down for breakfast. I saw Mr. And Mrs. Copper sitting on the dining table. J-" Good morning Mr. And Mrs. Copper." I said with a fake smile on my face . As much as I hate them I still gotta act . H-" Good morning Jughead, and please call us hal and alice ." He said with a smile . A-" Come on join us for breakfast. " I sat down on chair and Alice gave me a plate of pancakes. J-" Thank you mrs.cop.... I mean alice . " A-" it's not a problem. " She said with a smile .

After that Betty came down the stairs she looked tired . B-" Good morning everyone. " She said while sitting on the chair . J-" Morning. " I said Smiling looking at her. A-" Morning Elizabeth." She was about to take a plate of pancakes when Hal stopped  her H-" Elizabeth , I think you shouldn't eat that . You are already looking so fat . "     A-" He is right Elizabeth, I think you need to loose some weight. You look so fat and it's not good for our reputation. " She just look down and nodded her head . She stood up and said B-" I'm leaving for school , bye ." J-" wait I'm leaving too , I think I'll give you a ride." I said standing up . B-" Thanks jughead, but I think I'll just walk to school."           H-" yeah you should , you need to start a workout or something."     Hal said looking at her with a disgusting face.

After that Betty walked out . I followed her . She started to walk but I stopped her J-" Hey wait , you don't need to walk to school. Just let me give you a ride ." B-" You heard them jughead and they are right I need to lose some weight. " She said while walking away , I was about to catch her but I got a phone call from my dad .

[On the call]

Fp -" Hey jug."

J -" Hey dad , how are you ?"

Fp -" I'm good , how are you , are you comfortable with Coppers ."

J -" yes dad I'm. "

Fp -" So what are you up to ?"

J -" Actually dad I was about to leave for school , So can I call you back later."

Fp -" yeah sure , bye son."

J -" Bye dad."

[ Off the call ]

I hang up . I was looking for Betty, but I think she left . So I hop on my motorcycle and drive away. I reached school and was looking for Betty . After few minutes I found her in Student Lounge talking with her friends . After few minutes sweet pea came in front of Betty and said SP-" Listen blondie , I didn't fight back because I don't hit women . " Betty gave him her The look sweetpea continued . SP-" but I can heir some lady serpents and beat your ass up , consider this as a warning . And don't mess with the serpents ." Betty chuckled and said B-" Ok , whatever ." I think she didn't take it seriously .

After saying that she walked out of the student lounge. I laughed because people are usually scared of sweetpea , hell even I also once got scared of him . But Betty.... she is very brave . And I like that about her. Not to mention I was a little impressed when she took down sweetpea. She looked hot .
