When Kayla reached the main lobby of her apartments – to her surprise, her best friend was on time. Her very gait was enough to attract the attention of the male population dwelt in that place.

Her golden blond ringlets beautifully hung across her shoulders, she had that adorable smile and those big blue beautiful eyes which makes a man go crazy. Wearing her high heels beneath that blue peplum and a really short skirt, Katherine Moore – Kate was an adorable Barbie in her own way, ready to kill everyone just by her looks.

"Good morning, Sunshine" Kate greeted her, using her nickname

"–What...Do you really want those poor men to die for you in the broad-day light?"

Kayla teased her. She laughed and she hugged her.

"–How come I didn't know 'bout your arrival? Weren't you supposed to see me at office?" Kayla demanded, noting Kate's appearance and punctuality. She had laid more stress on her makeup today.

"–Well – You won't call a surprise – 'surprise' if people are already informed." She rolled her eyes.

She smiled at her friend – no one knew her moods better than Kate. She exactly knew how important this meeting was for me and what prospects are essential to impress – Mr. Miller – and there she was readily available to support me as always.

Kate was involved with the Millers for almost a year and a half and she was very much in sync with the Management and the orderly system of the Millers.

She knew both James and Ryan very well – interacted with them on social level. Personal level – with James. James had always been a friend to her. But she doubted that. She always felt a spark between them and Kate has always denied it.

She had known James for a long time – had worked with him. And she had worked with Ryan – a plus for her.

With what she had come to know from Kate was – they were good – not only in their work, but also on personal levels – 'kind lot' – that was her description.

Now she had to figure that out for herself.

She wanted to know them on a personal level to understand their psych – that's how She worked with her clients – knowing their taste, moods and requirements and delivering to their customized needs and personalized attention to a project.

She thought of that as a key –

While Miller Entertainment was in a hunt to get a new face who has got excellent ideas and innovations in store, Kate recommended Fusion Heights to them.

They were known for our quality work and prestigious projects which we have earned in the commercial industry and having a talented team and a beautiful setup – occupying one of the top floors of the largest tower of the Manhattan streets.

On Kate's continuous insistence, she had showed her presentation and the idea she was going to discuss with Ryan Miller today.

Kate also had suggested few alterations here and there and finally, when she got Kate's – "Oh! This is perfect" approval, she concluded that her utmost important presentation was finally fully ready.

Kayla was very excited; she could easily foresee future prospects of the business.

"– I'm sure, it will be good."

"How're we riding?" Kate asked.

"Will ride with Elegance, today" she smirked at Kate. Kayla had fondly named her Audi A8 – a gift from her father on her last birthday as 'Elegance.'
