Aging is so confusing

"Okay Jimin, we're gonna leave now. Be a good boy and try to make some friends." Mr. and Mrs. Park said as they left the teen right in front of the huge doors that gave entrance to Jimin's new school. "Oh, and your cousin will be helping you around school. He must be waiting for you inside." They reminded before waving goodbye and looked back only more at their son standing in front of the doors.
Having been raised and taught in an orphange, school didn't seem too different. Besides the fact that he didn't have to live there and only spent eight hours in the building, school wasn't very different.
There were still a lot of kids around playing and many adults that served as staff and teachers. He was going to eat two meals there instead of all three, but break and lunch were still a something. For Jimin it will be lonely time, as always.
Letting a very small sigh, that he hoped no adult would hear, because since when do you see an seventeen year old sighing like an old man in his mid thirties going through his taxes, Jimin walked through the doors that contrasted greatly with his own height. It looked like any other school to Jimin, even if he hadn't seen many.
The hallways were littered with doors that led to classrooms and sets of lockers followed in between each classroom. There were Korean flags adorning the walls as well as boards decorated with different colourful designs about school and morals.
He was supposed to be in the elementary section of the school, since it was the first floor. His cousin should be there somewhere. He was a college student making his volunteering work as a middle school teacher, so he would be the perfect person to show him around. Jimin had seen a few photos of him from the albums that the Parks showed him to identify the rest of the family members.
Looking around with a dead expression, he heard the kids around him running around and a few teachers coming in and out of classrooms.
"Park Jimin?" A soft, but loud enough voice caught the teen's attention and Jimin turned to see a man, older than him running towards him.
The man stopped right in front and gave a big toothy smile. "You're Jimin, right?" The man asked and Jimin limited himself to nodding a little shy. He was still a stranger afterall. "Good! I'm Park HyungSik, your new cousin! Welcome to the family!" Out of nowhere, the man had thrown himself over the smaller Jimin and gave him a hug.
Jimin didn't know what to do and just stood there, surprised by the sudden gesture. Was everyone this... touchy? He hoped not.
"Okay! Your parents said that I had to help you around, since you're new and almost a week late. Come on! The high school section is on the third floor!" Without warning or letting the boy protest at all, HyungSik grabbed one of Jimin's small, chubby hands and dragged him away.
The walkthrough was... tiring. The man was very energatic and seemed to like to talk a lot. He showed him every classroom and if there was a teacher, he would greet the teacher with a huge grin and present Jimin.
As someone with little to no experience relating to people, Jimin wasn't sure how to act. He would also try to protest whenever HyungSik took his hand again and dragged him to the next classroom. The man had longer legs and gave longer, quicker strikes, forcing Jimin's shorter ones to try and keep up. He barely had time to breathe before he was practically carried like a sack of potatoes to their next destination.
He didn't know if to thank God or the universe when the bell finally rang, making both of them stop. Jimin was panting and held tight to the straps of his backpack that almost fell every five minutes.
