Jimin unconsciously smiled at the memory. He kind of missed Yoonji sometimes, but now he was hours away from marrying the love of his life at the age of twenty-six. Bella might have beat him by a few years, but now he was going to marry his own Edward Cullen.

Still a better love story than Twilight.

“Jiminie… I’m happy for you. I’m sure Yoongi will take care of you. You deserve it.”

Jimin looked down at the elder, still resting on his lap. He could tell he was still drunk and in the brink of falling asleep, but the words couldn’t be more honest.

Drunk people are the most real ones after all.

Once everyone was sleeping, Jimin sneaked out from the bed he was sharing with Taehyung and Kihyun.

It was three in the morning, but he didn’t care, as he grabbed his jacket and tiptoed out of the room towards the lounge of the hotel.

He took a cup of coffee from the counter and took out his phone, tapping on the contact name he had memorized hundreds of times.

The phone rang on the other end and Jimin waited impatiently for them to pick up until he heard a familiar voice

“Hi, love. What are you doing up so late? Do I have to remind you we are getting married later today?”

Jimin couldn’t help the wide smile that curved on his face at the mention of what was going to be probably one of the most important days of his life.

“I know. I just wanted to talk to you. We haven’t seen each other since this morning and I missed you.” The younger pouted, knowing that Yoongi wasn’t able to see him.

A laugh was heard on the other side and the sound made Jimin smile and feel all warm. He loved when Yoongi laughed or smiled at him.

“You won’t have to worry about that after tomorrow. I’ll be stuck to you to the point where you will want the divorce. Something I will not give you. And there’s no more time to reconsider, so better get used to the idea.”

“Oh believe me, I’m ready. I will never let you go.”

“Good.”

There was a pause for a moment before he could hear shuffling from the other side.

“Well, sweetheart, time to sleep. The boys are all out cold here. I swear Seungcheol is so fucking drunk. He has been clinging to my waist the entire night. Jeonghan better collect him first thing tomorrow morning.”

“I don’t think that’s an option. Everyone is drunk here too. Seokjin hyung is completely wasted.”

“Did we really invited all of these people? They aren’t gonna even be able to walk straight tomorrow. Taehyung better be sober. He’s best man.”

“Nah, he’s just tipsy. What about Kook and Namjoon? Are they able to tell two from three? Please tell me Hoseok hyung knows that the window is not an elevator.”

“They’re good, don’t worry. You know Joon is smarter than to get drunk and Jungkook was surprisingly responsible this time and helped keeping Sehun and Yixing from starting a sumo wrestling. Hobi though, we managed to stop him from trying to walk out the window, but he’s definitely gonna have a headache tomorrow. It took both Hyunwoo and Jaebum to tie him up to the bedpost.”

“Hyung?”

Yoongi hummed, wondering why the atmosphere seemed a little dense now.

“I love you.”
