Pocky Game

Illumi's POV

While Hisoka logged into something called 'Netflix' on my Laptop, I grabbed the paperbag with the snacks, which we had bought the evening before. Looking through the various possibilities, I decided on a small Box with a picture of some kind of chocolate covered sticks on it. The redhead suggested an Action Movie and I agreed, I didn't really mind any Genre to be honest. I unpacked the snack and nibbled on one of the sticks. It was actually quite good and when I heard the others voice, I looked up ar him.
"Hey Illumi, did you know that there's a game with this candy~?" The playing card enthusiast asked with a smirk.
"A game.. with pocky?" I furrowed my brows and tilted my head.
"Wanna try it out~?" He asked and I thought about it shortly. I didn't really trust the others smirk, but how bad could it be?
"Hm.. I guess.." I shrugged and handed him the Box. He pulled out a new stick and held it up.

"So the game is that each one of us puts one end of this stick into our mouths and then we eat it. First one to chicken out loses or first one to reach the middle wins." Hisoka explained and after I thought about the rules again, I nodded.
"Got it." I straddled the others lap and he held the pocky stick in between our faces so I leaned forward and took one end into my mouth. The other male did the same and counted down with his fingers. When all of his fingers were down we started nibbling on the pocky stick, slowly moving closer and closer.
"Ah, Hisoka, what happens when we both reach the middle and no one breaks the stick?" I asked and Hisoka chuckled, just then I realized I had broken the stick. "Ah-"
"If our lips meet in the middle then it's a tie~" He grabbed my chin and pressed a kiss onto the tip of my nose. "But you just lost~"
"Let's try again." I pouted and the redhead pulled out another pocky stick and we got ready to start again. We both started nibbling and as we got closer to the middle, I slowly closed my eyes. I could feel his hot breath on my face and his hands were holding me by the hips.

Suddenly a phone rang and we both jumped a little, breaking the stick in the process. Hisoka grumbled, picked up his phone and answered.
"Yeah?" He sounded quite frustrated, but then he lightened up a little. "Ah yes, I'm on my way." He put down his phone and patted my thighs with his hands to signal me to get up.
"Pizza's here, I'm gonna go get it." He stated and I got off his lap.
"If you like this game so much, we can continue later.." I suggested, I was interested in it as well.
"Mhm, I'd love to~" He smiled and pressed a kiss to my forehead, before leaving to go get the pizza. I was a bit confused about all of the kisses, but I didn't really mind. After a few minutes  my roommate returned with our order in hand. He sat down next to me again and I put away the pocky for now. We enjoyed the pizza while actually watching the movie now. I hadn't really paid attention to that while we were playing. Once we were done, we put the empty box onto the ground and leaned back, watching the rest of the movie, with his arm wrapped around my shoulders.
"Hey Illu, wanna keep playing~?"
"Mhm, sure." I shrugged and got onto his lap again, but I sat down a little too close.
"Ah, sorry" I scooted back a bit so I wouldn't be too heavy on his crotch but he cupped my rear and pulled me close again.
"Don't worry, I like it~" He smirked and then grabbed a new pocky stick. I blushed slightly, but tried to ignore it. We each took one end between our lips and started again. All of a sudden I felt a bit nervous when I felt us getting closer and closer.

It felt like the time had been slowed down, but I soon felt something warm and soft press against my lips. Hisokas arms wrapped around my waist and pulled me closer as his lips moved against mine. After a short moment the other boy pulled away and chuckled softly.
"I don't want to be rude, but.. have you ever been kissed before, Illu?"
My face heated up and I looked away, slowly shaking my head. "No, never.."
"That explains a lot." He snickered. "Felt a bit like I was kissing a Mochi, soft but no response. But technically this round was a tie~"
I was a bit insecure about kissing, since I had no idea how to do it right and I was worried Hisoka would be bored if we played and I couldn't kiss back.
"Uhm.. Hisoka? Can you.. teach me?" I asked shyly, my gaze avoiding his.
"Teach you what?"
"Can you.. Teach me how to kiss?"

Writer's Note: Sorry that it took me this long to write the new chapter and that this one is slightly shorter than the other ones 😅 hope you still liked it 😊
