As they walked down the hallway together, Izuku wasn't wobbling as much as he was before but he still felt far too large. The perspective shift was certainly throwing him off the most. He was seeing the tops of things he had never seen before, and he almost had to duck his head under doorways.

When they reached the kitchen, Aizawa immediately started making coffee while Izuku took a seat at the table. His legs fit underneath it awkwardly.

"I know I told you to withhold information about your abilities from your kind, but now I would like to revise my previous statement. I believe that these humans are trustworthy. I sense their good intentions. You have my blessing to tell them anything you need to." Nemesis said. Izuku felt much more at ease.

"Thanks, that will make this whole process a lot easier." He said. When Aizawa turned and looked at him from his position at the coffee maker, he knew he'd accidentally said that out loud.
Once the man had his coffee, he made his way over to the table and sat across from the boy, and pulled out a notebook from one of his pockets.

"Alright. Tell me everything you know about your quirk. Don't leave anything out." The man said and clicked the pen in his hand while taking a sip of the drink.

"There's a lot to tell. I wasn't being completely honest when I said that I didn't know much about it at the hospital." Izuku admitted.

"How could you know about it when that was the first time you used it? Tsukauchi said you were telling the truth about that." He asked, seeming suspicious. Izuku rushed to clarify.

"A-and I was. I mentioned that my quirk has a level of sentience to it, but it goes way beyond that. Think of it like this; my quirk is like a bridge or a connection that links me to someone else over great distances, but it only works if someone or something is on the other end. Like the phone call analogy, I used earlier. That's why everyone thought I was quirkless until...all of it happened." Izuku said but trailed off at the end. Aizawa still looked a little confused.

"So what changed on that day? Why were the conditions suddenly met?" Aizawa asked after writing down what Izuku had said.

"I guess because there was finally someone there to pick up the phone at the other end," Izuku said. He missed the shiver that ran through Aizawa. The room fell silent for a moment and the loud ticking of a clock echoed in the room.

"Who?" That was all Aizawa asked. He had stopped writing.

"Would you believe me if I said that they aren't from around here?" Izuku asked lowly. Aizawa set down his cup of coffee.

"I've seen some pretty weird stuff, kid. I know quirks are a major mystery, and I know that there are things out there that we just can't comprehend. You can tell me and I'll do my best to understand." Aizawa said it with such conviction that Izuku had no choice but to believe him.

"I've been doing research." He said and pulled the small black notebook from his pocket. He slid it to Aizawa and continued talking.

"They show up in our myths countless times throughout history. They have tons of different names, but I know them as the Gestorumque. They're harbingers of vengeance and retribution, and they are extremely old and powerful. From what they have told me, I can assume that they predate life on earth." Izuku stated calmly. Aizawa was flipping through the notebook as he talked.

"They can hear it when someone is in pain. They can feel how unjust a society is, and if the call is loud enough they'll act." Izuku said. His knuckles turned white as he gripped the edge of the table. He didn't notice it start to creak under the pressure of his grip. Aizawa looked up at the noise.
