Chapter 2

Sidharth Pov

As soon as i reached the office, I straight away went towards the meeting room .The marketing team stood up  for giving me respect and also due to my dominating aura. I sat on my chair and meeting began where we discuss about  the launch of the product.

After meeting got over ,my marketing head employee comes to me about discussing some points. His name is Santokh gill. He is middle aged man and quite a good person. He and my mother have known each other from there school days and are good friends but now they lost contact with each other due to to work. In earlier days of his employment he used to work under my father but now he works for me. He also asked me if he can bring his daughter tomorrow at work and promised that me she will not cause any trouble at work, so i allowed him by saying "you can bring her and if she causes any problem then the consequence of it will not be good". After saying this i move towards my cabin and continue doing my work till the office hours got over.

After completing my work i went to home. On the way of my home i saw Santokh uncle was standing outside his car. So i halt my car near him and asked him "what happened"." actually sir my car has gotten some problem in the engine and it's not getting started" he said. As a thoughtful person i thought i should help him so i asked him "Come i'll drop you to your house and please don't call me sir outside office hours as i am like your son and you know my mom also from a long time she will definitely scold me if i do not help her friend." "Achaa chalo mujhe chod do mere ghar aise toh tum nahi maano ge lagta hai" he said all this by laughing seeing my gesture.

I drop Santokh uncle to his home and he asked me to come inside and have dinner with him, but i politely refused him by telling mom will be waiting for me at the dinning table and she's alone also at home so i can't have dinner with him. He just smiled at me by seeing the concern i have for my mother and said next time you will have dinner with us and asked me to bring mom also.

After having also these conversations i left towards my home.

Reaching home i had my dinner with mom and told her how i met Santokh uncle and how he invited us for dinner. Listening this my mom was excited as she will get to meet his friend after a long time. So she told me tomorrow we will go to his place and i agreed seeing mom happiness. Finishing our dinner we  both went towards our own room. As soon as i hit my bed i slept due to tiredness but  also with a feeling that tomorrow is going to be good and something new will happen.

Shehnaaz POV

After reaching school i went towards my class. I sat next to my only best friend riya. She is a fun loving girl and chatter box like me. She told me about her crush whose name is Rahul and how he  is in another section. I was not at all interested in listening her crush because i don't really understand what it is even though she explained the meaning of it . I am right now only concerned about my puchkoo. I am missing my puchkoo and want to cry right now. After school got over i reached my house.

"Mummaaa mummaaa aapko puchkoo mila" I literally shouted.

"Ha mil gaya tera puchkooo wo tere room mane rakh diya h jaa dekh le ,patani ye jhalli ladki gab badi hogi abhi apne gudda gudiya se khelti hai" said mumma but i avoided this line because i was excited to meet my puchkoo so i rush towards my room for hugging him.

I hugged him  very tightly and scolded him for getting lost.

In the evening when dad came and hugged me and  asked me about my day. I told him about all the things that happened in the school and also that i found my puchkoo, he also told me he will take me to his office tomorrow and asked me to promise him that i will be at my best behaviour. I was very happy listening all this as i will not have to go to school tomorrow. While we were having dinner he told mumma how this person siddharth help papa and also told mumma that he is the son of his school friend   and how he invited them for dinner. Listening this mumma was happy and said " kitna sonna munda hai, chalo achaa kiya apne bula kar issie bahane hum mil lenge."

I was listening all this attentively and had this giddy feeling going in my stomach. I was thrilled to meet this person whose name is siddharth. Unknown emotion were going in my mind which i was not familiar with. With these feeling i slept by hugging puchkoo tightly.
