Sorry guys for the delay. My cousins came at my home for celebrating rakshabandhan and they stayed for few days so I didn't got any chance to write. 😊😊

Sidharth POV

I was left shocked and numb because this is the first time she ever raised her voice in front of me and got angry with me. Though before also we fought a lot but this type of fight never happened between us and why not I haven't also ignored and shouted on her like this. I was feeling guilty for my actions as I doubted her and didn't trust her. I want to apologize her for my actions. I was feeling ashamed for my actions as there was no fault of hers as It was my jealousy and insecurity that led me to shout at her  without reason and also without listening to her side of the story. 

Making up my mind to rectify my mistakes  I close my laptop and kept it on the table and left my office room. Thinking she might be in her room I quickly moved towards that direction. 

Reaching her room I knocked on the door and waited for her to invite me in. Getting no response from inside after waiting for few seconds I slowly opened the room and looked around. There was no single trace of shehnaaz. Then I checked other rooms of that floor to see if she was there or not. Finding her nowhere I got worried thinking where she might have gone in anger. I hope she's  fine. 

I shouted her name "Shehnaaz" in the whole mansion but no response came but mom voice came for sure.

"Kya hua itna chilla kyu raha hai aur pura ghar sar par kyu utha liya" Mom asked me.

" Mom shehnaaz kahi nahi mil rahi maine sab jagah dekh liya pata nahi kaha chali gayi" I said to her worriedly.

"Bas itni si baat, mujhsa puch leta par nahi janab ko toh chillana hai na" she said dramatically.

"Mom agar aapko pata hai toh bata do , mane pareshan ho raha hoon uske liye" I said to her.

"Oh mera beta kaam ke alawa bhi kissi aur cheez ke liye bhi pareshan hota hai ye mujhe nahi pata tha" Mom said teasingly.

"Mom batao na kaha hai woh" I said tiredly.

"Mane toh mazak kar rahi thi, ab kya ek maa apne beta ke saath mazaak bhi nahi kar sakti hadh hai, par chalo koi nahi,  shehnaaz apni friend Riya ke ghar gayi hai" said mom.

"Riya...riya ke ghar kyu gayi hai ussa kya kaam usse" I said thinking it loudly.

"Keh rahi thi ussa kuch chiz samaj nahi aa rahi thi uske kissi chapter mane toh woh uske paas ja rahi hai samjne aur kaha shaam tak aa jayegi neetu ke aane sa pehle" I nodded my head in understanding and walked away.

I shook my head sideways hearing what a brilliant excuse she came up with up to avoid me as studies and shehnaaz are way far apart from each other and on top of that on Sundays shehnaaz never studies.

I entered my office room and resumed my office work postponing my plan of apologizing as she is not here till evening.

I was engrossed in doing my work that I didn't realize when morning turned evening. I looked in my watch which was displaying 6pm. 

I stretched my legs and hands to remove the tiredness after doing work continously.

I got up and moved out to check whether she  came or not.

Sidharth walked out looking here and there for shehnaaz, then he heard giggling and   chattering voices  from kitchen. Thinking she might be there he went towards kitchen.
