Plot Idea

Okay, so my friend and I had this idea when spontaneously thinking about decks of cards.

But think, there are two main characters of the story. One represents white while the other represents black.

Here's where it gets interesting.

White is the one who kills for fun and leaves a white chess piece behind.

Black kills for a moral reason and purpose, leaving black chess pieces in their wake.

No one knows who they truly are, when they started killing, or why.

Everyone else thinks that both are in the wrong while forgetting details about who they kill.

Many people will try to imitate their perfect crimes and try to blame them, while the real white and black will actually be a few of the detectives working on the cases.

The killers will remain genderless throughout the story and I'm going to try to avoid any relationships because I want to avoid that in this story.

The story will be their comedic and dramatic encounters and intense backstories.

Because I'm cruel, I'm planning the ending to be a cliff hanger right before black turns themself in and white gets caught.
