Chapter 29

Everyone is gathered here in the HQ, including Louise and Athena.

Pag mmeeting-an namin ngayon ang tungkol sa gagawing pag atake. This will be difficult lalo na't may alam na si Jake sa gagawin ko.

Bawat leader ng teams ay kasama namin sa conference room.

"Thank you for coming today. I assume that you guys already know what we are going to talk about" sabi ko at tumango sila.

"It's been 6 years since we had a fight with the Monteverdes. It was the most devastating fight we had, that night we lost the former head and founder of this organization. Being the good organization we are, after what happened we didn't get revenge nor fight back. But today as I speak infront of you, I want to announce that we will fight them again with the intention to finally end their reign in the whole underground society" I said.

The whole room was filled with applause. After 6 years of grief for the loss of dad, we got a chance to give it all. I know they want to end the BLCK's reign.

"What's the plan, Mnemosyne?" tanong ni Louise.

"I will divide the reapers into three groups. Each group will attack at the same time and date in different locations. There are total of 27 properties and we will destroy that by 3" I answered.

"That's a good plan Mnemosyne. Are the reapers enough to attack each of them?" tanong naman ni Athena.

"Yes. The amount of members we gathered for the past years is enough" sagot ko.

"I want to tell this matter to you, napansin ko na hindi masyadong maayos ang galaw ng mga snipers mo, mind if i'm the one na mag train sa kanila?" sabi ni Athena.

"Ay oo nga Mnemosyne. Napansin ko rin ang mga galaw nila, I want to see more kaya I suggest na si Athena ang mag train sakanila" sabat ni Louise.

"Thank you for telling me, I assign Athena sa pagt-train ng snipers. May 2 days pa naman bago ang operation, I know they'll keep up" sabi ko.

"It's a pleasure" sagot ni Athena.

Rese and Athena have the same codename. Rese' codename before was Rose but she changed it into Athena nang umalis sila Athena sa organization. They were bestfriends back then, even now. I am close to Louise, while Luna is close to Sky.

"May iba pa bang concerns?" tanong ko sakanila.

"Who will lead the attacks Miss? I'm sure na sa main headquarters lang nila ikaw sasabay sa pag atake" tanong ni Yna, ang current leader ng Team Charlie.

"The leaders are incharge on the attacks, i'm going to direct my earpiece to each of the leaders para ma execute ng maayos ang plano" explain ko.

Tumango silang lahat.

"Remember leaders, I assigned some of my personal agents na mag a-assist sainyo pagkarating sa naka assign sainyo na lugar" sabi ko pa.

"You mean you have other personal agents aside from us?" Rese asked.

"Yes, I hired them last 7 years ago" sagot ko na ikinagulat nilang lahat.

"Oh come on, bakit hindi ko alam yan?" tanong ni Rese.

"For emergency lang naman sila, buti nga loyal kaya hanggang ngayon hindi ko pa inaalis" sagot ko at tumawa.

Napabusangot naman si Rese.

"Anyways the plan is final. Never let your guards down. Alam niyo kung sino ang kalaban natin. Secure your safety before anyone else" pagpapaalala ko sakanila.

Tumango sila.

"Meeting adjourned" sabi ko at pumalakpak sila.

"Avi" tawag ni Louise habang papalapit saakin.

"Ano na naman Louise?" tanong ko.

"It's about Jayce" sabi niya.

"What about that bitch?" tanong ko.

"I think they're together again" sabi niya.

"What? totoo ba 'yan? Napaka rupok talaga ng babaeng yan" sabi ko habang umiiling.

"Sarap nga pektusan, tsaka ewan ko dun kay Jayce takot naman sa pamilya tapos gusto pang makipagbalikan" sabi niya.

"So ano naman ang epekto non kay Z?" tanong ko.

Zarniah is Athena's daughter to Jayce.

"Gusto nga ni Z na maging mother niya si Jayce, hindi niya pa alam na si Jayce ang totoong nanay niya" sagot ni Louise.

"Okay, alam na natin kung san patungo ang story nila" sabi ko at tumawa kay Louise.

"Kailan kaya kami magkaka-anak ng hubby ko" tanong niya sakanyang sarili.

"Oo nga, kailan ba? Excited na ako maging ninang" sabi ko.

"Siguro by the end of the year, ewan di pa naman namin napag uusapan" sagot nito.

Naramdaman kong nag vibrate ang phone ko kaya nag excuse muna ako kay Louise.

"Hello?" sagot ko.

"Should I pick you up?" tanong ni Lukas sa kabilang linya.

Napatingin ako sa relo. Almost 7 na pala di ko namalayan.

"No, it's okay. I'm on my way please wait for a bit" I answered.

"Okay, i'll wait. Take care babe" sagot niya kaya pinatay ko ang tawag.

"Louise una na 'ko ah, may date pa ako eh" paalam ko.

"Go girl, chika mo tomorrow ano positions niyo" sabi niya sabay halakhak.

"Alam mo ambastos mo talaga" sabi ko habang hinahampas siya.

"Kidding. Alis na shoo, baka di makapaghintay date mo" pagtataboy niya kumaway ako.

Mabilis kong kinuha ang bag nag drive patungo sa restaurant na napag usapan namin ni Lukas.

Pagkarating ko ay nagtataka ako kung bakit naka off yung ilaw sa loob. I tried to call Lukas but he's out of reach.

I decided to check the place if may nangyari ba sa loob. This restaurant is quite popular so I want to know kung anong reason nila bakit nag close.

I knocked on the door and to my suprise, it opened.

Biglang lumiwanag ang buong lugar kaya napatakip ako ng mukha.

Nang maayos ko ang aking paningin ay bumungad saakin ang aking pinakamamahal.

It was Lukas holding a bouquet of flowers. Beside him is my mom clapping na naluluha pa.

Naramdaman kong tumtulo na ang aking mga luha. This is far from what I expected.

Lukas started to walk papunta saakin.

"Good evening babe, surprise?" he said in a playful tone.

I jokingly punched his chest.

"Ano na namang pakulo to?" sabi ko.

He held my hand and looked at me with love.

"I know that I caused you too much pain. I know that this might sound a bit cliché but I want you to know that I, Lukas Mikael Reed is deeply and madly inlove with you. We've been apart for so long, but the love I had never wavered" he said while his tears started to fall.

I smiled and hold his hand.

"This might be too fast but will you hold my hand forever and be my wife Avrielle Maxine Gonzales?" he said then kneeled in front of me.

Fck. I'm so happy!

"Yes, Lukas. Definitely yes!" I answered kaya sinuot niya ang singsing sa aking daliri.

"Thank you so much babe, I love you" he said the hugged me tight. Sabay kaming umiyak sa kasiyahan.

Everyone is clapping. Ngayon ko lang napansin na nandito pala ang mga kaibigan namin. Luna's crying silently. I know she's happy for me.

Why spend more years dating when we can date each other forever with his surname on me.

6 years is long enough to prove that the love we had is pure and unbreakable.
