Thank you to everyone that read this story. Thanks for the votes & comments & just giving it a chance. This is the end & I hope that you enjoyed the ride.

Today was a sad day. The world & it's children were sad. The sky was dark & everyone had on black. Today was her funeral & everyone that knew her was feeling the loss of her life. No more hearing her laugh, seeing her smile, being able to hug her & knowing that you're loved. Most of all no more her. She's gone now.

Everyone stood in line waiting to view the body. One by one they went & saw it. The kids were the last to see her body one last time each taking their time to see her for the last time. They remembered going back to school thr following week & all the looks of sympathy, pity, & condolences they received. Of everybody Neicey & the boys took it hardest. Neicey couldn't physically muster up the strength to see her first born child laying in a casket.

So first Geovanni went. He froze. He couldn't believe it. She was gone. Mama hen was gone. He remembered when he first met Khilee. It was at school & he was getting jumped.

They didn't even know each other but her protective instincts kicked in & she jumped in breaking up the fight. Khilee wasn't a queen of the school type of girl but the girl that everyone respected & wanted to be friends with so they left after she cussed them out & promised them am individual ass whoopin' if they tried some shit like that again. Thing is, Geovanni & Khilee met before he met Omarr. Everything since that day she was 'mama' to him & now his mama was gone. "I love you mama", he whispered before laying the letter he wrote her in the casket & went took his seat. 'GiGi, you'll always be my baby. Remember that no-one can ever hurt you unless you allow them to & if they do come to mama hen, I got you love', she once told him.

Next was Delilah. She smiled sadly down at her cousin, friend, sister laying peacefully in her casket. The first memory that came to her mind was when she was a little girl, no older that 5, & her & Khilee were dancing together. They were laughing & singing along to the music without a care in the world. Khilee was the one that got Delilah started on dancing. They would dance together & make their own routines every chance they could because no-one really paid her much mine when she was younger with her parents working most of the times.

Sure she has Omarr but he was into sports. He played with the boys but always was protective of the girls, especially her. She knew it had to do with Khilee. She heard her tell Omarr to watch me & be there for me more so he did & now you can't break us. Khilee was the first person to make her feel loves & wanted when she was younger at a time when she didn't even feel that way from her parents. 'Li (lie), you're always loved. Even when you don't feel it & that little voice is telling you otherwise, don't believe it. I love you Li, always", Khilee told her. "Forever?", she asked looking doubtful. Khilee smiled, "Forever", she responded.

"Forever", Delilah whispered wiping away tears & laid a picture of her & Khilee smiling at each other while doing a turn before taking her seat too. Next was Adriana. Adriana was still kinda in denial about everything. It's like a nightmare that she still can't wake up from. The evidence is right in front of her & yet she won't except it. The memory that stood out in her mind was the night everything went up in flames. The last thing Khilee ever said to her was playing over & over again in her mind like a scratched record.

'Sometimes shit happens but ya gotta keep your head up. Don't you ever let anyone steal your joy Adri, ever. The day you let someone take that away from you is the day you've surrendered your happiness to them. I don't know what i'd do without seeing your bubbly self full of life. You're the ball of sunshine to our clique. Keep shining girly.' That was the last thing Khilee ever said to her. Adriana put in a copy of the picture of her & Khilee at the park that she took so she could have one too before taking her seat.
