Harry still sings to Louis; his eyes are filled with tears.

Harry takes a break singing to let out his tears. At the door stands Niall, Liam, and Zayn. They had come back and saw Harry singing to Louis. So they decided to stay outside the door and watch from a distance until they saw Harry crying. They walked into the room, standing behind Harry comforting him. Niall starts to sing the next part of the song.
"You'll never love yourself half as much as I love you."
Liam joins in on the song.
"And you'll never treat yourself right darling, but I want you to."
Zayn joins in.
"If I let you know, I'm here for you
Maybe you'll love yourself like I love you, oh."
Harry continues to cry, and the boys look at him. Harry softly joins in to finish the song.

Harry is letting every tear out; he looks at the boys and smiles.
"Thanks, mates for being here for me, I thought you were getting food," Harry says.
"Cafeteria food is nasty, and we didn't want to leave the hospital," Liam replies.
Niall and Zayn sit down in their seats and Liam goes back to the foot of the bed. There is a faint knock at the door.
"Come in," Harry says softly.
In walks a young nurse she stands next to Liam facing Harry.
"Dr. Johnson wanted me to speak with you about Mr. Tomlinson. I'm sorry to say it, things aren't looking too good for him. His heart is still not beating on its own, the longer his heart is hooked up the more likely he won't survive. Also, the longer he is hooked up the more problems he will face. He has a chance of becoming brain dead. Right now, he is not in danger of becoming brain dead but if things don't get better, he most likely will become brain dead. I am so sorry; we are going to try to save him the best we can but if things don't get better you might have to say goodbye. Do you have any questions?" The nurse says.
Harry shakes he is crying, Niall grabs Harry's hand and rubs it. The nurse nods and leaves the room. Harry breaks down, he's screaming and crying. When he stops, he puts his head down closes his eyes.
He sees the little blonde girl with green eyes, but she is older and wears a dress with a sash that says birthday girl and a crown that has the number ten. She sits at a table with a blue cake with music notes in front of her. Behind her is Harry and Louis, who has his arm around her brother. In front of her are Niall, Zayn, Liam, and both Louis and Harry's families. They all begin to sing.
"Happy birthday to you
Happy birthday to you
Happy birthday dear Madi
Happy birthday to you."
"Blow out your candle sweetie and make a wish," Louis says with a huge smile.
"Okay daddy," The girl says closing her eyes, making a wish, and blowing out her candles.
The crowd cheers as she blows out her candles.
"What did you wish for sweety?" Harry asks.
"I can't tell you daddy then it wouldn't come true."
"You wished for daddy Harry to buy Daddy a new car?" Louis asked.
"No daddy, I wished that no one would ever hurt you and daddy, and everyone would be okay you were in love. Oh, and a puppy."
"That's so sweet Madi, you get that from your dad," Louis says.
The little girl smiles and runs off with her friends. Harry begins cutting the cake as the guests admire the cake. Harry dishes out the cake to everyone. He gives the first slice to the birthday girl. Louis and Harry are the last to get a slice of cake. The girl comes over to her brother.
"Leo, did you get a slice of cake yet?" The girl asks her eight-year-old brother.
He shakes his head.
"If you get a slice of cake, you can come hang out with me and my friends and show them your funny joke."
"Okay, daddy can I have cake and go with Madi?" The boy asks.
"Of course, you can Leo, have fun with your sister," Harry says handing the boy a slice of cake.
The boy and the girl run off, Louis and Harry stand eating their cake.
"I can't believe how big are kids our getting," Louis says.
"Me either Lou, it's crazy. They need to stop growing especially Madi, I don't want to lose my little girl."
"You won't lose your little girl; you won't lose any of us."
"You okay Harry? Harry!" Niall yells bringing Harry back into reality.
"Ya, I was just thinking about Lou. Can we not talk and can you all just stay quiet, I just really need to think right now."
The boys nod agreeing to be quiet so Harry can think. Harry sits back still holding on to Louis's hand closing his eyes thinking of their past together.
