Deception [ k.c ]

        Rebekah ran home as fast as she could. She opened the door and started yelling for Caroline. Finally, Caroline appeared around the corner of the room and Rebekah used her magic and threw her across the room. 

        "I don't like you as it is, and you just keep breaking my brothers heart. Now he's going to go on a killing rampage because of a little twit like you." Rebekah snapped. Caroline stood up from the ground and looked at Rebekah with hatred. 

        "I didn't do anything to him." Caroline said defending herself. Rebekah took a few steps closer to Caroline. 

        "You don't understand Caroline, he loves you. Even though he won't admit it, he loves you. You can see it. And all you do is keep pushing him away. Yes, he's done terrible things, to me even. But never you. He always picked you.." Rebekah said in a hurt voice. Caroline felt guilty in a way but she pushed that feeling deep down somewhere inside herself. "You need to find him, please, he'll listen to you. He's going to kill someone tonight..." Caroline looked at Rebekah with wide eyes and pushed pass her. She didn't want any harm happening to someone because of her mistake, she couldn't live with herself. She went to go and find Klaus. 

        "Klaus!" Caroline yelled. He turned around slowly. She saw what he had done and she felt tears coming along. He smiled and dropped the body to the ground. She was dead and Caroline felt as if it was all her fault. "Klaus, why did-" 

        "Caroline, thank you for coming." 

        "Klaus! This isn't a game, you just can't go around and kill people whenever you feel like it! They have families, they have loved ones and all you do is just toss them around like they are trash!" Caroline spat. 

        "I don't think you should be so mad love, I mean who was the one who turned off her humanity switch and killed tons of people? You almost killed my sister." He said taking a few steps closer. 

        "You're sick, and I can't even look at you." Caroline said turning her back on Klaus. She started walking away. Klaus ran in front of her and grabbed her by her arms. She felt pain and yelped. "Stop it Klaus, your hurting me." Caroline said trying to get out of his grip. Regret spread across his face and he put his hand on her cheek. 

        "Caroline, I'm sorry I.. I just.." He didn't finish the sentence. Caroline grabbed Klaus and pulled him into a hug. He was shocked about what was happening. He wrapped his arms around her and embraced her every inch. "I'm sorry.. I'm-" 

        "Shhh, it's okay." She said still holding onto him. 

        "I love you, Caroline."
